Waited a month and no response - they do not stand behind their work product. The contractors response presents a incorrect picture of any interactions we had. I was never told the area needed to be repaved, in fact I was told they could fix it. The contractor never agreed to come out and fix cracks, but did agree to come out and look at the issues. The original review on Thumbtack was posted on Sept 10, 2025, so after 7 weeks, I think I have been extremely patient. Trying to blame the customer for contractor unresponsiveness should be a warning sign to all
