*****5 STARS***** for professionalism, politeness, and an amazingly thorough job. Sam is a…read moreperfectionist & it really shows. Some background: Our house is 18 years old, we've lived in it for 7 years, & are the 3rd owners. We noticed that our A/C vent covers looked really bad (dirty). I removed the covers & was disgusted by what I saw...gross dirt & dust buildup & the air ducts had layers upon layers of thick dirt (similar to a laundry dryer vent on its worse day!). I decided to research air duct cleaners on Yelp & Google reviews. Sam of My Man Air Duct Cleaning promptly returned my call & listened to my concerns. I felt so comfortable speaking with him on the phone (no sales pitches, no trying to sell me other products, no BS), and I booked an appt with him on the spot. When he showed up, he was wearing a mask & was ready to get to work. He provided an extremely thorough cleaning...even showing me the gross buildup lodged in my vents. Based on the dirt (& other random items left behind by the previous owners), it was obvious that the air ducts have NEVER been cleaned & my house was truly a health hazard. Thank you, Sam. You literally saved my family's respiratory system.

When we called to inquire, his business partner answered the call, unaware he had a cleaning scheduled, then goes on to excuse him because he had an emergency cleaning the day before and had to return to the site the day of our cleaning to do more work. No call to let us know he would not be coming and could we reschedule. Highly unprofessional. Shaking my head over this one. We moved on and found another carpet cleaning service. The End.
