I hire the guy to move three bales of hay (3x4x8) I told him how big the bales were. He came with the wrong size trailer, was late, and took the wrong exit to the pasture. He arrived and then said I can't load them and he drove away without a word. I call him 6 times after he left to see if he was going to go get a bigger trailer or what the plan was and he would not answer the phone I also text him and said I was sorry it didn't work out and again no response. Very unprofessional and I would never use them again for anything. read more

Had him dig an RV pad. Wasn't dug down far enough and we had a very hard time getting up and threw the rock. He said when we pull out again he would fix it. Before we left town he came out to go over the problem and what he would do. Well now he won't answer any messages from us. Very disappointed of the treatment of a fellow veteran read more

I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

They were far better to work with than the company that replaced the roof on my house. While I was inspecting their work, I noticed that the roof on my house had issues. The serviceman was clearly very knowledgeable and didn't try to convince me of service I didn't need. He took time to answer my questions thoroughly. My only complaint is that on my first scheduled appointment time, he was a no show. I called and got no answer. He ended up calling hours later letting me know he was sick. This was understandable and we rescheduled. The next time, he called early saying he was on his way. I wasn't home since our appointed time was still a couple hours out. He started on the exterior inspections and luckily it ended up working out. Though there were some scheduling issues, I would still recommend this company and will use them for any of my future needs.
