First off, one - a 50 something guy with white hair & a dumb as hell italian stallion attitude walks right into my house without so much as ringing the bell or knocking, it was my dogs that alerted me, I found him at the bottom of my basement stairs just before he entered, he was looking for an electrical outlet - fine, but you have no right to walk into someone's house without their consent or knowledge. The same guy seemed to have a very limited vocabulary- every other word out of his mouth was a certain 4 letter F word and was very loud using it- thankfully my kids were all in school, however my neighbors were not thrilled. Same guy also very racist, he complained to me several times about how annoying his Ecuadorian boss's thick accent is, this same guy also did very little work, while this Ecuadorian boss didn't stop working once, this guy was talking to everyone in my neighborhood whom was within ear shot. End of the day this guy rang my bell but before i had a change to get to the door to open it, he was in my house AGAIN. He wanted to let me know they were finished and see if I liked the railing. Oh it looked fine - except one thing -- only 1 was done. It was supposed to be a railing on each side of the stoop and when I said so, he pointed to his boss for me to tell him. I did and the guy said they only got orders for the one side. Nearly a week later they finally return to do the other railing. Same two guys came - the rude guy must have gotten screamed at by his boss, because this time he did ring my bell and wait for me to open the door and his filthy dirty mouth was toned down by quite a bit. However when they completed the second railing he was very rude, in a sarcastic tone he asked "are you happy now?" They left a mess of plastic shavings behind, spilled wet cement on my stairs (didn't clean it at all) and I later found out not only were they using my hose (it was no big deal, except they didn't even bother to ask) but also they decided to use two of my garden shovels to mix the cement and didn't bother to clean them - so now both shovels are no good to me, permanently covered in a thick layer of cement. They also left random cylinders of dried cement around my front yard. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just 1 is because the boss - the one who actually was working did a lovely job with the railing.

His company is one that was recommended by Angi and honestly now I am skeptical of Angi and will never use them again either after this experience. We wanted trek stairs going from the patio to a side door and pavers all around as the patio. Gramarossa are not professionals. The guys they hire seem to be randomly plucked off the street as they have no clue what they were doing. I should have known because when I spoke to Ben he said they did not do trek steps, only masonry. I set an appointment anyway because I figured maybe I can hire someone else to do my trek steps. Yet when he spoke to my husband a few days later (I was at work) he said they do them. It was a disaster from the moment the backyard pavers were laid out. The whole thing was literally slanted sideways by probably 10-15 degrees. In fact the next day the whole thing had to take down and redone. Ben claimed it happened unfortunately because he was not watching his men because he was too busy shopping for our trek materials. The trek steps was done by a man from an entirely different company. It seems they have hired him separately on the side to do it so they can have our business... and it was a SHOTTY job. Ben and his father was watching the man do the work and never said anything about how terrible it was... until we brought it up and they agreed it was not up to their standards. So If we were timid and didn't say anything, they would've definitely let it slide. Whatever. I was just glad they fixed everything without putting up a fight. But here's the thing that really made me angry. His men put their materials and mixed concrete on own brand new asphalt done the year prior, with no protection whatsoever so half of our newly done asphalt was sprinkled with dried concrete. Sadly we did not notice it when we paid because there was still dust and debri all thoughout and it was wet (they attempted to clean) so it was hard to see the stains. That is our fault for not noticing. But I'm annoyed because they knew it happened. I captured the entire thing on my ring camera where they were cleaning and the worker called Ben and his father over to show him the stains that did not come out. They stayed there for a long time trying to clean but it did not come out. No one said a word to us. I contacted Ben via text a week or so later after noticing the huge stains to which he denied it happened and that the stains came out. He said he will come by to power wash it to see if it would come out. We told him we tried. He said he will come by nonetheless but of course never showed up. He said his asphalt guy is not answering and is busy. That was the last of that. So... don't be cheap and hire these guys. I wish I had not.
