The engine latch broke and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. They repaired all of it and even went above and beyond and adjusted the carburetor to help with the idleing, and painted the skag. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Veronica and Kevin. Both very friendly and pleasant. There is a coffee station in the corner and some display shelves. Everything is new and clean. They encouraged our kids to snag some koozies (which of course we used today), talked to us about everything they did, we paid a reasonable price, and then they pulled the boat out. The facility is big and roomy. Really nice place and seemless process. We were having some trouble getting the hitch on the truck and a really nice man named John came out and helped us and even gave us some tips about things we had no idea about. He told us he worked on our boat and everything should be running perfectly. And just being able to talk to the guy who worked on your stuff was pretty comforting. Jeff is one of the owners and kept us in the loop through the whole process. He was very communicative and informative and gave us all of the information we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with their shop. They were very accommodating and we have no complaints. Thanks guys!
