He said it ran when I left the shop and he was too busy to help me. That knucklehead told me to go buy a $3 bottle of Heat at Auto Zone.... and put it in the gas it cleared everything up. Why didn't he put the Heat in the gas to ensure his customer didn't have a problem? We were having some issues with the boat. Obviously. There was water coming in and we couldn't…read morefigure out where it was coming from. The engine latch broke and the ignition switch needed to be replaced. They repaired all of it and even went above and beyond and adjusted the carburetor to help with the idleing, and painted the skag. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Veronica and Kevin. Both very friendly and pleasant. There is a coffee station in the corner and some display shelves. Everything is new and clean. They encouraged our kids to snag some koozies (which of course we used today), talked to us about everything they did, we paid a reasonable price, and then they pulled the boat out. The facility is big and roomy. Really nice place and seemless process. We were having some trouble getting the hitch on the truck and a really nice man named John came out and helped us and even gave us some tips about things we had no idea about. He told us he worked on our boat and everything should be running perfectly. And just being able to talk to the guy who worked on your stuff was pretty comforting. Jeff is one of the owners and kept us in the loop through the whole process. He was very communicative and informative and gave us all of the information we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with their shop. They were very accommodating and we have no complaints. Had an oil change on my jeep and on way home got a check engine light. Went back to have them look…read moreat it. They said they couldn't fix it and sent me to a shop down the road. I asked if the jeep place could fix it and they said they were not associated with them. I Ended up going to jeep anyways and they said it was an oil pump issue but stated all was working fine and possible sensor issue. Took home and started to notice oil on ground. Took it to my shop to find oil leak. Found the filter housing was cracked. It wasn't cracked prior to oil change. $1200 bucks later it's fixed

This week, my window motor gave out and I was driving around with a stuck open window in July. In both cases, the repairs were made fast and the price was fair. Be careful with some of the places in Bullhead but this place is legit. Just remember that there's a high demand for legitimacy so if they're busy, bring a little patience. It'll be worth it!
