    Once they had our deposit of several hundred pounds, we had to chase up information at every stage,…read moreeven for the order confirmation and proposed installation date. We have suffered five failed installation dates, notification of cancellation occurring mostly on the installation date. Each of these dates required someone to be at home and the rooms to be prepared e.g. removing the existing blinds and moving furniture away from the windows. The inconvenience has been immense. I can honestly say that this has been the worst purchasing experience we have encountered over several decades. If you look at their "how to contact us" page on their website, you will see that there is no complaints procedure. There is no email address. You can only make contact by phone or on their Facebook page. If you try to add an entry to the Facebook page, raising problems or making a complaint, the entry is instantly blocked, only glowing reviews are accepted. If you ring them they do answer the phone promptly, listen to your concerns or complaints and promise they will look into it immediately and ring you back. They have never rung me back over months of phone calls. You wait for days or weeks then have to ring them again. More excuses and promises to call back. The five cancellations have been explained as: -- We've just discovered a fault in the material and had to reorder. We have just discovered that the blinds have been made with the wrong fabric and have been reordered (supposedly fast track at their expense). The fitter's father is critically ill in hospital. The blinds will not be delivered to us in time for the installation (what does this excuse say about the earlier ones??). On the fifth date we were told a couple of days before that they did not have all the blinds but would come and fit our bay window (3 blinds). The fitter turned up and only had 2 of the 3 bay window blinds. It would have looked as ridiculous as only putting up one of a pair of curtains and we had no idea on when the missing blinds would be fitted. I cancelled the order due to a total loss of confidence in their reliability and integrity. I am now several calls in to demanding my deposit back but so far they have never called back as promised.
