    First time I went, staff were polite and helpful, looked up my info from the Swansea shop where I…read morebought the laptop and I was told that I would be able to get a refund or have it repaired, and I chose to have it repaired. I left in good form. Second time I was told that the warranty says void due to a missing screw but that they'd repair it for the price of the components, which was fine by me as well, though the laptop wasn't exactly in the best of nick when I got it and the girl at the counter was pretty rude. The third time I went in they'd done nothing with the laptop, but the staff were again polite and nice and I was told that a refund or repair wouldn't be a problem, but that I would have to wait (which I couldn't do because I had a flight later that day, and I had already been waiting for a week.) The fourth time, my mother went in and was told I'd not be getting a refund *or* a repair, goodwill or otherwise. Overall, this dragged on for two weeks. I don't understand how the shop manages to continue to run with this atrocious level of communication. I was told I'd get updates on the progress of my laptop via phone (didn't happen) and was told totally different things every time I visited. I could live with being messed around with the warranty, but all the inconsistencies meant I didn't have time to order a new laptop before I left the country. I'm now going to make a point of making sure no-one I know buys anything more expensive than a game from here because the staff, while (mostly) nice, don't seem to know what's going on one day to the next (possibly through no fault of their own, seems like a management issue to me)
