Rather than telling you what to do, he guides you to arrive at your own answers and helps put a clear roadmap in place to move forward. Through our work together, I gained clarity about what I actually want from my career and how to pursue it. Daniel was instrumental in helping me recognize that it was time to leave a role that wasn't serving me and move toward work that is more aligned and fulfilling. If you're at a crossroads in your career and want a thoughtful, structured partner in the process, Daniel is wonderful to work with.

Daniel's career path program helped me reconnect with what truly lights me up--and then gave me the structure, tools, and support to pursue it wholeheartedly. Through our work together, I not only developed a clear vision for my next steps, but I was recently accepted into the American Film Institute Conservatory--something I wouldn't have even imagined possible at the start of this journey. Daniel brings a rare combination of grounded wisdom, practical insight, and soulful intuition. He listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and holds space in a way that makes it safe to dream big while also taking real action. He doesn't offer cookie-cutter advice--he helps you build a path that truly fits who you are. If you're feeling lost, at a crossroads, or simply ready to level up in your career with more purpose and authenticity, I can't recommend Daniel highly enough. I'm grateful for the guidance, and I'm even more excited for what's ahead.

Their follow up and communication is top notch. They made me feel as if I was the only person they were trying to place. They help in all aspects of the job search from resume customization to interview prep. Thank you Stephanie! She is an asset to the company.

Custom Staffing used to be one of the best employment agencies I'd ever been to. Their staff was…read morefriendly, returned phone calls and generally seemed to care about their candidates. They consistently called me with assignments tailored to my abilities and interests. Then, somewhere around the time the economy tanked, that changed dramatically. I would call and e-mail recruiters for weeks to no avail. I assumed their lack of response was due to the overwhelming number of candidates that were contacting them. Given the fact that I had worked for them previously and they were familiar with my abilities, I was still surprised when I talked to recruiters who promised to get back to me and never did. If they had no openings, that was never conveyed to me. Several months later, I got a call and accepted an assignment that I was eventually pulled off of with no warning or explanation, an action that strangely coincided with my daring to ask whether the company planned to hire me permanently or not. To add insult to injury, Custom had the nerve to ask me to return the company ID (which I'm sure could have been deactivated without my having to schlep it to them) before a holiday weekend, dangling my paycheck as a carrot unless it was returned. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. To be honest, I'm sure the only reason they contacted me about this job in the first place was because no one else wanted it, a fact that was revealed to me within the first week.
