They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. We will let the pictures speak for themselves.

This morning, I received a phone call from C.J. he asked for the layout of the vent, and confirmed my address. He proceeded to quote me the exact price and a window for this afternoon! I couldn't find anyone willing to do this job without agreeing to have ALL the vents in my house cleaned! I'll update this post after the service, but as of now C.J. made sure A Plus Window Cleaning is appropriately named. Update: Juan had a flat tire but the company called to find out if it would alright if he came late. He had a difficult time as my dryer vent was really, really clogged. Still he kept at it using two different snakes from two different starting points until he got the air flowing.
