I wish I could get my money back. I have been coming to kasey for 9 years.. and I knew that kasey changed her prices depending on how much money she needed but today is enough. I brought my 8 year old laughter in. And I'd like to know how I just got charged $145 for the worst nails I and my child have ever had. Not to mention the price was $125 until I said I need to use a debit card. Then the receipt came back $145. But, I got a new set - short. And a pedicure. She half way filled up the tub and did not give me anything in the water. She only painted my toes, put lotion on my feet and rubbed them for 30 seconds and then my pedicure was done. My child wanted paw prints on her hands... she ended up with caveman drawings. Needless to say, this woman is a con artist and I've had enough. read more

So I only have one hiccup, I'm assuming the lady is the owner, & the male is the staff. I made an appointment at 1300 I was on time, Patiently waiting with my grandson, since she had a customer in the chair. I also had a prior engagement at 1345. Finally after 33 minutes of waiting, so I left since then she says o I'm done you can have a seat. When she's gone and her male staff is very helpful and his scheduling is on point. Went here last minute to get my nails done. In less then 24hrs the mail polish already started to chip. There is black polish with were where there shouldn't have been any. As well I keep telling him to cut them short, and showed him where I want the length to be at, but he keep leaving them long. Received a Gel Pedi on 11/8/18.. The overall nails are cute but the lady who worked with me did not give me a foot massage...she just rubbed the lotion on my legs and feet for a good 2 min...and when rubbing the dead skin off my heels...did a terrible job. My heels are Still rough and was quick to get it over with, currently 8 Mo. Pregnant with swollen feet, and was expecting to feel pampered. There's something not right with this place because I have NEVER seen an empty nail salon on a Saturday at 1pm. I put up with the dated, run down condition of the place because KC always does a great job with my nails (and that is why I'm even giving it one Star). Here's what you need to know if you want to try them: 1, They don't take appointments ahead of time. 2. If you call and make an appointment or she tells you to come a certain time, DON'T EXPECT that to be accurate. She tells me to come at 4. I come at 3:55 and she took a walk in. If this just happened once i'd excuse it. But is is the 3rd time. 3. They only take credit/debit cards on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. all other days is cash. 4. If you go in and she tells you 20 minutes. Don't believe it. She always says 20 minutes. She could have 3 people ahead of you and the wait would be 20 minutes. So there you have it. She does a good job, when you can get in. Won't take that away from her. But I'm tired of arranging, and re-arranging my schedule around my nail lady. I have had 3 incidents with this place. Very unprofessional. My first incident my daughter and I had an appointment and when I arrived we had to wait 40 min before the gentleman started working on us. The gentleman who was working on us was very frustrated because Jenny the owner had left and he didn't tell her of all the other appointments she still had. He even had to turn away some other customers that had appointments just because he wouldn't have the time to get them done on time. My second incident made an appointment a week advance I called the day before just to confirm jenny says oh I don't have no record. I said what I called a week in advance and spoke to you. So I ended up asking her do you have any availability for tomorrow at 10 she said yes.
