I had a very bad experience here. I clearly told the technician to keep my eyebrows thick and full and not to touch the thickness. She agreed but completely ignored my request and made my brows very thin. The procedure was extremely painful, and the results are awful. Afterward, my brows became infected, which tells me this place is not properly cleaned or sanitized. I'm very upset and disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all. Long story short she messed up my eyebrows and tried to blame me saying that I moved. She had to attempt three times to fix the eyebrow which resulted in having to adjust the other eyebrow to make them match. Typically I will have my eyebrows done by Sonali or I believe her mom and they both do amazing brows. However, yesterday I had my brows done by another lady (didnt get her name) who unfortunately messed up my brows, they were not cleaned up correctly which I told her. She was rough on my brows so I'm not going to lie, it hurt. Felt like she burned my skin with the string. Never again going to her. Just be careful which person does your brows. read more

I came to this place in hope of finding a new eye brow place as I am new to the area and chino hills is now to far for me. I had high hopes since everyone seemed to have a good experience but that wasn't the case for me. The only reason I gave it two stars is because as others have mentioned it is really clean and the lady there was very polite but Jeeze was it painful. I got my face threaded and I have been doing this for years like 7 years and I've had wax and threading and it's never been painful. This by far was he worse I actually shed a few tears! This has never happened. I felt every single hit come out not to mention it took an hour! The lady was very nice but left hair patches behind and didn't do a good job on my brows she actually left a bald spot. She said I can come back tomorrow to get it fixed with her daughter but I won't have time and to be honest it was so painful I won't return. It didn't feel like threading her strides were so short it felt like plucking or pulling hairs out one by one. When I asked her if she can fix my brows she said no because they were uneven so hat had to stay like that so they can grow even. Mind you I have thick black brows so I don't have to fill them in and I've never had this problem until now. I was disappointed I will be going back down to my regular spot even if it's 55 min away. I was very pleased with my visit here a few weeks ago. I was attended by Sonali, who is the daughter. She was very thorough, very kind, and very patient. She was the only one working on a Saturday morning and despite the line of men and women waiting to be served she took her time with each one and was very calm under pressure. I did have to wait about a half hour but it was well worth it. Her mom is Minoo (spelling?) and I have only spoken with her on the phone. Every time I have called to confirm the time, Minoo has been the one to answer the phone, only to tell me the closing time is at least an hour earlier than what is listed here on Yelp. She has always been kind and willing to wait for me to get there but I have always politely declined. For that reason only, I have deducted one star. Otherwise, if the hours were more convenient and Sonali was available more often I would gladly give this place 5 stars. read more

I get my whole face threaded and I always used to break out after threading but the girl who works here told me to not put anything on my face for hours after threading only COLD WATER. I am so sad! I normally see the younger lady and she does a great job on my brows. Never felt uncomfortable or upset. Today I went and the older lady was there. I knew my brows had grown out quite a bit and needed serious work but... she took off so much. Before she started I told her I do not want them thin. Sonali and her mom do an awesome job. They will ask you how you want your eyebrows before doing them instead of just threading them how they think like most places. They also keep them full and the pain is minimal. I have extremely sensitive acne prone skin I've never broken out. The gal was really nice that did my eyebrows but I noticed right away after I got in my car my skin was so red and irritated above my eyebrows. By the time I got home I had so many irritation bumps and noticeable redness that did not go away. I don't know what caused it but I definitely won't be going back.
