I'm new to this area so I'm looking for a good nail salon for pedicures. I tried this one today as a walkin. They had no problem taking me in right away, The end result was acceptable and looks good. Would I visit again? Probably not. It was very warm inside until someone opened the back door. Hated all the flies landing on me. Was not comfortable with all the cameras in every corner of the room. Are they watching me or the employees??? To me, the salon was not all that clean. The part I hated most was that only 1 person spoke any english. read more

This has by far been the WORST nail experience I have ever had. A group of friends and me had an appointment at noon. We arrived in time, we had two fills, one pedicure, and one full set, and we informed them it was a party of four when the appointment was made. This is the end result. I was adamant I was not happy nor pleased with result but my nails could be redone today because they had a full appointment list?? None of the nails are even and throughout when I asked if she would make smooth them out she insisted she wasn't finished yet. When I questioned her about the shape she insisted she wasn't finished. There are over 15 girls that I work with that get their nails done at this shop and NONE of them have ever walked out with something like this. My nails are misshapen and are sore. Next time I will skip the shop and stick to press-ons! read more

I've been to this nail salon multiple times and got one color gel nails both times. Within 24 hours of getting my nails done the top layer of the nail has started to peel off. There is still color underneath but if I am spending $50 to get my nails done there should be nothing wrong with them. The people that work there are nice but the end result is not worth the time and money. read more

I liked it enough I made a second appointment. I called ahead and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The woman that answered the phone was so helpful and informative. I was nervous about trying a new nail place because I am picky and I have my go to place closer to home. I just changed jobs and knew I needed to find a nail place closer to work. They were able to get me in for a gel pedi and dip mani very close to my scheduled appointment time. I love that they soaked my dip off while I was getting my pedi. A lot of places have stopped doing that and it makes for a long appointment. The pedi was the best one I've had in a long time Mia did an excellent job. My toe nails looks fabulous and she really took her time to get them right but still moved quickly. My dip mani was done by Teresa and she did a wonderful job. I am so picky about my nails. I want them short and professional. I love dip but I hate that sometimes it's just too thick and makes the nails look silly. Teresa did a great job of keeping them thin and they turned out exactly how I wanted. I keep my nails simple but the lady next to me was getting a pretty extravagant design and they looked amazing. Everyone was friendly. They even offered a drink which was so nice. The equipment was clean and the staff was very professional. They have a huge selection of colors and a variety of different mani/pedi selections. I scheduled my next appointment before I left and I probably won't be going back to my old nail place. read more

They were very accommodating and quick to take clients even though it was almost 6 pm (most places turn you away the hour before closing). It appears to be family run, the mother being the owner, husband does nails & daughter/son on pedicures. My two major complaints were: 1. When my pedi was finished they didn't offer the disposable flip flop but assumed I would walk barefooted to manicure chair. That's was really odd to have to ask for them myself. 2. It's only been 1 day and my gel polish is already lifting. That's not a good sign especially when the owner did your nails. read more

Top Nails have a wonderful atmosphere and I would NEVER consider going any place else . I have read some of the other reviews and I could not disagree more. I have been going to Top Nails for many years and have never had a bad experience. None of the techs have ever been rude or rough. All of them are very considerate and professional people. The pedicures are amazing and I would not consider getting my nails done any place else. The few times I have made the mistake of going someplace else because I was in a hurry, they have come out uneven (lumpy) and usually lift off within a couple of weeks. I used to love this place, but that might be because I always got the daughter and husband. Do not let the wife touch your nails. The daughter does a fabulous job painting toes and a decent pedicure. I got a mani/gel nail from the wife. Terrible mani and the gel nails lasted 4 days. When I do my own I can get up to three weeks. It's just nice to splurge/pamper yourself every once in a while. She went straight from soaking my nails to putting on the gel nail primer, no dehydrator or acetone or nothing. This is why they popped off. Wishing I woulda said something now... Not that it woulda mattered with the gel polish on my cuticle of course they were gonna lift. Total crap from the wife. Daughter I'd definitely go to again. She was good and the polish has lasted. read more

Terrible experience. I believe it was the owners wife that did my mani/pedi. She was not friendly. Their polish selection is the worst I've ever seen. Some of them are so old, they won't open. Once she started doing my nails, I noticed the polish was old. It was clumping. I asked her about it and she ignored me. It was not relaxing like it should be. The Polish was half off my finger nails by the next day! I will never go back. read more

I left the salon and cried I have never been so humiliated in my life. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and they put poor quality polish on my nails. I went home from the nail salon and an hour later (after I was told my nails were dry) and the orange pop of color I had was completely destroyed. The salon was closed for the day so I could not go back. I went back the next day and politely explained what happened. The daughter and mother accused me of intentionally messing up my nails so I could have a new design done and that i should have done the gel manicure like they offered. They also became irate and stated that they would only reapply the same orange nail polish and put the same design back. I said I do not mind the same design but I did not want that orange polish back on my nails because the quality is clearly poor because it was already starting to peel on my toes. Just then another customer came in complaining about the quality of her polish that she had down less then 30 minutes before and requested that they be redone. The daughter walked away in the middle of doing my nails and when I asked if she planned on returning to finish my nails I found myself in a screaming match with her and her mother. I was "given" some of the money for my design back and was asked to leave the store with my nails unfinished. Needless to say I was humiliated and will never return. read more

Fantastic! I have gone here for a full acrylic set and subsequent fills. Always very nice and can get you in quickly. One word of caution- try to get the husband to do your nails. He is more gentle and his work is great! I will be using Top Nails from now on. read more

Had my first experience with gel nails at Top Nails and found it to be clean and neat. The gentleman (owner?) did a wonderful job on my French tip manicure. However, the last couple times his wife (I believe) did them, and I was not pleased with the outcomes. I also noticed when they got busy, she rushed the customers and left them unattended while helping others. Not happy when spending $40 on just nails! read more
