The girl (Jeni) did a little filing, but didn't even make sure my nails were the same length or shape. Then she buffed and polished. No creams, lotions, massage, cuticle work. To top it off, I paid extra for the no chip gel polish and it chipped within 3 days! I called to speak with a manager and spoke with Melissa. She did not offer any apologies and acted like my manicure and results were completely normal. Plus, their mani/pedis are some of the most expensive in town. I would go elsewhere if you're looking for quality nail work.
