The place was pretty much empty. They asked me what I wanted and told me to wait. After a couple minutes the guy working on some nails spoke with another female employee and she told me they were booked for the rest of the day. They didnt bother making a suggestion of another salon or apologizing. Still not sure why they didnt say anything up front instead of making me wait. I also should've noticed the small amount of reviews on google and their responses to some of those customers before booking.
