Visited Bliss Nail Bar with granddaughter Friday afternoon. So then requested regular polish with small design, we were then told could not put design on regular polish, only gel polish. (false) I requested removal of gel polish removal and pedicure with regular polish. Salon employee brought gel polish instead of regular polish as requested, instead of retrieving the regular polish he used the gel polish, which I now know will not dry without special light. He then proceeds to put a regular topcoat on nails; polish was chipped and breaking away from nail within the hour. It was evident that Bliss employees were after the extra money gel polish rather than customer satisfaction.
