I have been going there for years but today they screwed me over. I made a 1230 appointment and was there at 12:30. I knew that my regular gal was not in but I had made an appointment with a second person that I know is really good. She was finishing up with somebody and it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later I asked how much longer it was gonna be and they said 20 minutes and then I could leave and come back. So I left and came back. In the meantime she'd already taken in somebody else and they said she had another appointment coming in in 10 minutes and that she must've just forgotten about my appointment! A nail salon that doesn't honor their appointments is not someplace I want to give my business to and I have been going there for years. Unfortunately - Nancy who I always went to wasn't there and isn't gonna be back for a couple of weeks so I doubt that I will ever go back. Sorry, Nancy, your place of employment screwed over one of your best customers!Dee Ann read more

The good part is a gentleman. Did you a good job. But I asked for number one, which is a regular pedicure. And he added on the gel. Which I did not want. read more

Lee (owner) is know longer working there. Looks like there is no management anymore. Quality of service isn't the same.

My daughters and I have been going to Lee Nails for years. They always do a great job!! One time I had a dipped polish that came off one fingernail earlier than I expected and they fixed it free of charge. Usually in and out quickly, even when they are busy! read more

Take your money to better service! The ladies are rude ( the two younger ones and the guys were nice) unfortunately I had the older two ladies, they have attitudes, jerk and pull on your hand, hurt your fingers with the nail tools, and they overcharge depending on sales for the day! read more

I don't usually ever leave reviews but I think for the sake of every Goddess here looking for a quality nail shop I would be honest. I never get my nails done locally; I drive to Blue Springs, MO which is about 2.5 hours away. My mother insisted, we called made a Saturday 1400 appointment, and in we went. The color selection was nice and things were decently clean. The pedicure was mediocre at best, I paid for a corn and callus remover and two days later I soaked and attend them myself. I got no cuticle removal at the the application of my acrylic set. Now things began to go down hill when on Tuesday I lost the middle finger on my right hand. Considering I'm a nurse I thought maybe I was just extra rough on my hands. Fast forward to Thursday night and I am now missing two fingers per hand. The only reason for the two star review is I called and they said they would fix them for free. Will update with part 2!! read more

Don't make an appointment. I don't know why they offer it when they never can get you in at your appointment time or close to it. You will still wait. Other than that they do an amazing job with nails. Mine always stay on way longer than expected. read more

Terrible!! They totally fucked up my nails. They immediately started chipping. I tried multiple times to contact them for a refund or reimbursement bc I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed and I've gotten NO response. I'm giving one star just bc I have to to post. read more

Got a basic pedicure. For 27. Gel and French tip brought it to 47. The next day paint was chipping on two nails and now two days later I literally have to go get a whole new polish. Why charge extra for GEL if it comes right off. Very disappointed literally a waste of money. Do not get gel polish! I wouldn't even get the regular if the gel is going to chip. read more

I went in to get gel nails done for my best friends wedding. When I finally got to the table to have my nails done I was excited, the salon was clean and people were friendly enough. The woman started moving my hands without any words of what she was doing. After buffing my nails she started to cut the cuticles and ended up cutting my left index finger so that it bled. She didn't tell me what was going on and proceeded to slather my finger in nail glue, then dip it in pure acetone. I had to pry my finger out of her hand to get a look at what she had done. I asked her for a paper towel so that I could leave and she said no I wasn't allowed to leave as she grabbed my hand again. So I proceeded to take a paper towel off the desk and left the establishment. read more

Very poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and always tip well. I always call to schedule my appointments for me and my friend recently and twice they haven't had me scheduled. I even showed them where I had called and made it. No apology or anything. read more

We are in town visiting for Elks Convention and decided to get a pedicure. It was fantastic and they were friendly. I had a terrible headache before it started but by the time the girl was finished massaging my feet & legs the headache was gone. read more

I've never had anything but a wonderful experience at Lee Nails. It may not be as fancy or trendy as other nail salons, but the people are very nice and extremely accommodating. If you need to walk in, they'll take care of you or if you want a specific technician, you can make an appointment. My nails have always been sorry looking but since I started going to Lee's, they're lovelier than I ever imagined. Just note, Mr. Lee does not do pedicures. Every technician has done a wonderful job--they are artists! As for Mikayla S. bad experience I can only say if this woman did bad work, she was most likely fired but in their defense, she probably didn't go into details of what she was doing because most of the people there don't speak English well. As a person who's first language is English, I used to work in a store in a Hispanic neighborhood. Although I learned some Spanish, it not being my first language made me reluctant to speak or go into much detail because my vocabulary was limited. Also culturally, these folks aren't chatty and part of that is to maintain a relaxing atmosphere in the spa. Anyway, I'm a huge fan. read more
