Customer service- it was quick but extremely rushed. There were multiple times were he hurt my hands and nipped my cuticles. During the session there were many mistakes and when I politely corrected him he did listen. My camera is bad but they are kinda see through. At the end, he squirted the oil on my nails carelessly and didn't rub it in, so there was really no point in the oil at all. The whole thing lasted about 50mins and it shows. All in all the skills just aren't there. Quality- the material they used isn't the best and they aren't comfortable on my nails. When light is hitting the beck of my nail, I can see straight through which never happened with my tech. All of my nails on both hands are all different lengths and much shorter than I wanted, excluding my thumbs i did tell him to make them obnoxiously short due to weak nail beds. Sanitation- nasty asf. When he was done with the girl in front of me, he had me sit down and did no sanitizing. It was very clear walking in that they weren't practicing proper sanitation. Price- this set was $70. Not insanely bad but with the quality and them hurting just typing really sucks. I would take them off but I saved up for weeks and I start up school again tomorrow. I was really disappointed in this place. Seeing some decent reviews and being new to the area, I gave it a shot. When I walked in, I knew that I should have immediately walked out. The staff treated me like an inconvenience and when I jerked my foot because she was hurting me during my pedicure, she just held on tighter. The atmosphere was run down and messy. Not necessarily dirty, just messy - the bottles almost had more paint outside of them than they did in, and the hand mannequins with the nail designs were a hot mess. A few people walked in while I was there and didn't receive anything different than I did. The staff doesn't talk to you, only to each other. While I can appreciate the relatively low costs for the services, I obviously got what I paid for. The polish on my nails looks bumpy and uneven, and doesn't even extend to the nail bed. Obviously, I will definitely not go back here and will definitely trust my instincts next time. read more

Update- this place is under new ownership and it's now just like every other crappy strip mall nail salon......I hate it changed owners. Very clean! Used new disposable items and sterilized tools. Helen and her mother are both very kind and helpful. It's was a very relaxing atmosphere. I had the herbal pedicure and it was wonderful. I will be back and recommend it highly. My friends and I came to get our nails done for her birthday, and one of our friends got acrylic and the man started working on her nails then left to go work on someone else and she sat there for 15 minutes without anyone working on her. They didn't have the color she wanted or a design. The birthday girl got the wrong color and they didn't even ask what nail shape she wanted. Not to mention they got the polish all over a few fingers and some were messed up too. For me I wanted one color and they had every color other than the one I wanted. Then got mine messed up as well. They left grit on my nails as well. We got gel and when we put our nails under the uv light it started to sting our nails. I Do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I love this Nail Salon! It's such a warm and fun atmosphere every time I come. Helen and her mother, who is also a nail specialist are so friendly and outgoing! They treat me like family. This is a place I can go and actually relax. The chairs are super comfy while getting your nails done and the pedicure chairs are absolutely AMAZING! This is the #1 Nail salon in Hattiesburg. Reason that I say that is because I'm very picky about who does my nails. This salon truly follows the standards of cleanliness including sterilizing all nail instruments. I received a dip manicure from this salon about a week ago, which has now completely fallen off (dip typically lasts 3-4 weeks on my nails). I called to get a refund, but was told the salon isn't responsible for the quality of the manicure after 3 days. So, don't go here if you want your manicure to last more than a week. read more

HORRIBLE first of all , I asked to get my eyebrows waxed .. she waxes them and literally takes the head of my brow off then doesn't even give me a arch .. so now I'm forced to walk around lookin like a clown . LESS THAN PLEASED Went to this nail salon to get acrylic nails. The lady did not measure the nails before she glued them so almost none of the nails matched my natural nail width. She filed my natural nails down at an angle to try to match the ones she glued. I was nicked several times because of the careless use of the filing drill. The actual nail polish on the nail was not up to par either. All around terrible experience. The tech was more concerned with her phone than her job. I have to say I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the customer service. I walked in and greeted everyone and expressed that it was my first time there and to get my nails done. They asked me, 'what do you want', I said my friend said to try gel polish they said ok. They were very impatient with me even when I was picking out the color. I don't know about anyone else but I like to get to know who's serving me so I can tip them just like I do with my hair I conversed with the stylist ya know. The more I ask questions the more irritated the lady got And she started making facial expressions in huffing and puffing and speaking in her natural language so I just sit there and let her finish. When she was done there was still nail polish on my skin around my nails and there were some spots missing on the edges of my nail is well I asked may I have some nail polish remover so I can remove the nail polish around my nail and she said where is the problem where is the problem and I pointed it out on multiple fingers then I tried picking it off myself then she just got a finger nail filer and scraped my skin. Very horrible first time experience! I've seen people get their nails done before they usually shave the nail even it out and do all the extra stuff but that wasn't done for me she didn't even ask me to wash my hands before she operated on me which I found pretty disgusting so I'm just never going to come here again yes is cheap but I rather pay more somewhere else and get better service and quality. read more

The service is bad and the quality of work is very poor. they do a quick crappy job on the nails and the facility is not clean and sanitary like it use to be.
