Wow!! What a great experience during a tough time. I use my 2016 Nissan Frontier pickup exclusively for my job as a property management project manager for a local business In Huntington Beach. I drive over 1000 miles or more a month. My truck started running rough while I was at work. I called in to my manager and explained my situation. My manager Dave said to take it immediately to Top Line Performance and ask for Mario. I did as I was instructed to do. Mario waited for me as the business was getting ready to close for the day. Long story short, my vehicle was fixed by the end of the business day at a price that I was happy with. I was beyond satisfied with the work done here. Mario and John were professional and helpful during this stressful time. I wish I stuck around after picking up my truck to take pictures as they have some pretty sweet cars here. Bad. Bad. Bad. Completely unprofessional. The 1st time I went there, the female worker over charged me for the job. I didn't notice until a few weeks after I glanced @ the bill. It was higher than what I was quoted. Honest mistake, right? Wrong. I recently went there for an oil change. Called a few shops and this (1) seemed reasonable and convenient. Low and behold, when the owner was checking me out, he tells me: "Oh. We actually have to charge you more b/c of the oil..." Wait a minute. Isn't that the whole reason why I called for an estimate? I called the prior week giving them the make and model of my car. Provided all the info. Poor customer service. Not reputable. No integrity whatsoever. read more

I got my 1997 F350 460BBF worked on due to the notorious fueling issues. This one was a odd one but they still knocked it out of the park! The owner Mario was awesome and was super proud of the business/legacy he's built. Top line performance! Number 1 I took my Nissan frontier when I had that truck a few years ago and they did a 2 inch spacer lift. Great job. Recently, I got a Chevy Colorado same thing with a 2 1/2 inch suspension lift this time! Found this shop on ih8mud.com and they are highly recommended. I have had my 2001 Lexus LX470 (100 series Land Cruiser) in for a baseline of maintenance and they told me what was good and bad. We worked out a plan to do the most important things first and over a couple months, a little at a time, we got everything done. I had a couple family trips in that we went on during the process and they were super attentive to my budget and timelines. They are an authorized Ironman Off-road dealer too, so I have a build planned with Josh for the future. This will be short but sweet. The electric power steering in my car went out and I found Top Line. Turns out the part I needed was not in stick anywhere they looked and had to be ordered from overseas. Given the current supply chain issues, it took almost 2 months to arrive. They were in contact with me the entire time. They got it overnighted to them at no cost for me when it finally got here. They installed it in less than a day. I have been looking for a proper Land Cruiser Specialist in Orange County for years now. I have finally found them. My first experience at TopLine began with a smile from Mario. He treated with genuine appreciation and asked me how he could help. I explained the history and mystery issues I have had with my fj62. He listened to everything I had to say (including all the obsessive info I was throwing at him from reading to many forum threads on off road sites) with patience , he explained his interpretation of my long winded story about my LC and how we can move forward to solving my land cruiser engine issues. I immediately trusted his knowledge and set up an appointment to have my truck diagnosed for a long standing mystery issue. Within a day he found an issue that none of the mechanics that worked on my truck before had seen ( including the shop that did an entire tranny rebuild) he fixed this issue in two days and had my truck back in the road. The best part about this experience is my truck hasn't driven this fast or felt so strong since I have owned the land cruiser. I wish I would have found Mario and TopLine years ago. Found this shop on ih8mud.com, land cruiser forums, took my 1984 FJ60 to them for a carb adjustment and overall inspection after a recent purchase. Was going to have all fluids changed, after inspection they informed me that all the fluids looked good and did not need to be changed. Actually turned down work that was not required. Extremely trustworthy shop, could have taken me for a quick buck but instead decided to do the right thing. This will now be the only shop I trust my FJ to. I got referred to Top Line by Tom at Beach Auto Sound, it was one of those chance meetings that just seems to happen. I mentioned to Tom I wanted a Gear Vendor overdrive in my Corvette but I had now idea where to find a local installed, well that's where he recommended Top Line. Went over the the shop, met with Mario, explained what I wanted, shook hands, and yes that was it. He called me when the unit came in, I dropped my car off, and a few days later a perfect installation. Now this is not a simple install on a normal car, on a Corvette, well lets just say there is not a lot of room, but they made it happen.
