Everything is filthy -- floors, walls, tables and machines. There is the smell of feces emenating from...somewhere. Two laundry carts in the entire place and only one is able to be wheeled around. Lint traps are probably never emptied as the dryers smell like they are burning and the smell leeches onto your clothes and linens. Oh, yeah, and a huge crater-sized hole in the parking lot as the cherry on the cake of your traumatic laundry-doing experience. Raised the prices and lowered the quality. If the owner of this establishment presents his business to world in this condition, I can only imagine what his own home looks like -- a stinky pigsty. Stay away.

While waiting for the last load to finish, a girl and a guy (whom she called Chris) came in and proceeded to clean up the area. I smiled at her and said hi and she stuck her nose up in the air. She kept coming by and looking at me. Ok, now maybe she was the owner's daughter, I am not sure but she sure thought she was something. She watched every move I made. We are clean-cut people, who still had our good church clothes on. If she treats the unfortunate people who have to use the laundromat on a regular basis like that then it isn't any wonder to me that there wasn't anyone else in the whole place. The four regular size washers all had out of order signs on them. So I had to use the large washers, which cost more, to wash our clothes. We got our change at the change machine they had there and four of the $10 worth of quarters that we got from it didn't even work in the washing machines. Luckily I had enough change to make up the difference. If I ever have to go to another laundry mat again it will not be there!

Immediately I was engaged and asked pertinent questions by the owner Brendan. He was polite, professional and accommodating. The area of my mother's house was 20 minutes outside his typical operating area and he was still willing to find away to make it work. Not only that, he was willing to work around his busy schedule to make sure the pickup and delivery schedule worked for my mother's schedule. The day of the delivery I received confirmation from Brendan and a ringing endorsement from my mother, Who does not provide those often. lol.
