Attempted to have them put a remote start on my 2012 infiniti qx56 push button start last…read moreWednesday. I had a full oil change and complete bumper to bumper inspection at Infiniti on Friday and everything was working perfect. Saturday my car decided to take 15 min to finally start without using the remote start and acted up a few other times with the remote start. Took my car back to them today to have them figure out why the remote start wasn't working properly and he even made it recreate the same issues I had with it. Kelvin told me after talking to a bunch of techs he was going to replace the remote start module since he didn't have a new wiring harness as well and I agreed to that. Our next phone conversation he told me he deprogrammed my factory key fob meaning I can no longer lock or unlock my doors or start my car without having the key right no top of the push button start and tried to tell me I now have a bad battery in my vehicle. Which was just tested and checked by Infiniti Friday. So how I'm looking at $70 to have my factory key fob reprogrammed by infiniti and was told pretty much my loss. Really expected more out of a company that has been in business over 20 years and I was a repeat customer at that.

Because of vandalism, my passenger side window had to be replaced. Although the insurance did…read morereplace the window, the tinting was something I had handle myself. From Yelp, I requested the cost for the tinting and how soon I could have it taken care. Within less than 5 minutes, Dustin responded. After giving my cars details, I again had a response within minutes of the cost and willingness to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. Although it was a 35-minute drive to their shop, Apex had the window tinted within less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I emailed Dustin with that request. Again, within minutes I had a text receipt for my records. The cost is very fair and the drive from Nashville/Franklin was worth it.

I stopped in today to check on having a new strip of tint added to my windshield since they were…read morethe ones who installed it initially. The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never trust this shop with another vehicle, especially…read moreanything rare or high-end. They attempted to install PPF on our Dodge Viper and the result was beyond unacceptable. The workmanship was some of the worst I've ever seen. Instead of protecting the car, it came back with extensive damage that required major repairs. It turned what should have been a straightforward installation into an absolute nightmare. When you're trusted with a vehicle of this caliber, attention to detail and professionalism should be the standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. The lack of care, quality control, and craftsmanship was shocking. If you value your vehicle, especially if it's rare, collectible, or expensive, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. This experience cost an incredible amount of time, stress, and money, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.
