I visited the local business (White's Custom Coating) owned by Nick White in Crossville, TN. Very informative visit. Looked at other cars and trucks that they had worked on. I was very impressed about their business, fair price for service offered. He briefed me on what to expect from the coating. I scheduled an appointment. Had to wait for a week because of other vechicle business. When I dropped off the car I was given an a estimate of cost and date it would be ready to pickup. Randy White ( his dad) provided me with a ride home. The 2-3 day estimate was right on. When I picked up the car- I was blown away by how great the car finish shined. Touching the surface was indeed like a glass finish. They did excellant work on my car, and I highly rercommend their service.

Hoped to get an estimate on price and timeframe that we would need to leave it with them. To our surprise three employees immediately showed us attention. I went to have a windshield installed on my car last week & had asked about getting my A/C looked at to see if I needed to charge it or if I had issues. I also mentioned that I wanted to have my entire car looked over to see if it needed work. He mentioned that they do all car work there and they looked my entire car over for free bc I was having a service done there as well as fixing my air conditioning all on the same appointment day when I brought it in. The customer care was great from the phone call to the detailed information when I went to pick it up. They are the small business that you want to support! Decent, honest people with competitive rates & reliable service. They go out of there way to take care of you like we all should be respected! Thank you Glass Pro & comp!!!
