To be honest, They stole from me and my 2 yr old. They phone number works if you call from a different unknown phone. if you are expecting some money back or your not forking out any money, they will block your number and make the phone busy. People should band together and get a lawyer and sue the company. everyone should get at least back $1500 a piece plus other compansations. Do not sue this nasty company individually- some one buy a billboard and post it all over Califirnia and other states and request a law group to not only shut their company down for good but to pay them for going after them we pay nothing. Oh! if TopFraud Assistance claim they don't know you or don't have a record with your name on there; this complaint is your receipt, your emails, your invoices etc... Don't let these fraudulent companies bully us out our hard earn money. read more

Wow , where do I start, the lack of customer service is ridiculous. Once you pay them In full the promise of getting top flight customer service goes out the window . I have spoken to multiple "supervisor " at this company. They said they will call and follow up with you to give you an update. Nothing. I call their "vip line for their customer that paid In full upfront " it's a gimmick I ask new sales rep if they have this service available still- he laughed and said no it's the same customer service number for everyone. It's been over a year that I hired and paid for this service my friend that did this himself has a better credit score than I have after hiring this company. Your better off taking the money and just paying the damn credit card company than these clowns. Trust me I've spoken to " Sara Johnson, Roy Lopez" manager and Juan-Martinez. All a bunch of liars . read more

This company is a total scam. I should have listened to the reviews! 3 months and $500 later not 1 item removed. I totally disputed the charges with my bank to get my money back. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!! 10 months of paying them off and they did zero., right under $3000.00 The only way I can get ahold of them is by calling them acting like I want to be a new customer because they will not answer if you press the prompt number being an existing number. I got so frustrated and paid off my collections on my own and raised my own credit to about 700. NO JOKE, stay away unless you love the stress in your life. This company took my money and did not provide the services they agreed to. Their customer service is a lady in the Philippines. You cannot reach them at the number or address listed to the right of this page. For some time, they continued to advertise their services on their website while they had already shut their doors. I was told by Diane that the company had closed and that the operation in the Philippines was just closing out the remaining clients and helping people get on their DIY service which is total junk. My score was going up until Sashana told me that paying my car note would not adversely affect my credit. I paid it and my score dropped 50 pts. Every time I've tried to reach them, I've been given the run-around. I have asked, several times, for a refund. I filed a BBB report and they did not respond. read more

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Before you decide to work with this company, go to the BBB website and search "top flight assistance". There are many reviews on there that are very negative, just as most of the reviews on here are. I sadly did not look into them before joining. They scammed me with that social media add talking about how they know how to work to get items off of credit reports, and I took the bait. I paid them for almost a year with no call backs or any work being done on my credit report. Over the past year, 1 item fell off of my credit report, but that was because it was a old account... top flight did nothing. The dispute letters that they "sent out", I have never received any form of communication from the credit bureaus saying that I am disputing items on my credit report. They are a scam. I've called multiple times asking what is going on, and multiple times they promised to have someone in management look at my case and call me back.. again no one ever called... currently I'm on hold (going on an hour) with them just trying to cancel the service. PLEASE RESEARCH AND CHOOSE ANOTHER CREDIT REPAIR UPDATE: I emailed top flight as instructed by their response.. In my email I gave them my name and asked them to cancel my service and issue a refund.. the response I received from them was that a "Veronica was going to call me tomorrow at 10 to discuss". Of course I received no call. And now that the beginning of the month has passed top flight is texting me everyday asking why my payment is late. Since I know they look at these yelp reviews, I'll tell you, I placed a stop payment on my bank to any future withdrawals from top flight assistance. Top flight needs to issue me a refund soon. read more

******** SCAM WARNING ********. Unable to give "0" stars. I know this is long but worth the read to get the TRUTH. The reviews on here are ALL baited meaning they ONLY talk about the first contact phone call and NOT their services or how well they perform the tasks. This company is a SCAM. On 06/19/2022 I was given the song and dance about my credit report and what they will be able to do for it. I fell hook line and sinker. Luckily I only paid them $100 up front with the remaining $400 of the starting $500 due within the next week and a half. I was told I would receive an email within 24 hrs with a link to be able to setup my portal and add a copy of my drivers license, SSN Card, and three proofs of my residence from utility bills. Never received the email. Started to really research the company on the web and found on the BBB which they are NOT apart of anymore. Either they were kicked out because of an "F" rating or they stopped paying knowing they could not change the negative reviews. My initial conversation was with Jasmin Rodriguez 06/19/2022. I received two texts, one from her with her personal guarantee to reach out anytime and a direct number with her extension. The other was auto generated from the company but monitored by someone who responded to my question about the email. I sent her a msg 06/20/22 Monday afternoon I never received the email. Her response was for me to email them to their CS email address. I replied, no setup link, no documents will be sent to both text msgs. No response from either msg. Tuesday 06/21/22 sent both msgs a text I am canceling my account and want a FULL refund and nothing has been started with my account. Two hours later received a msg from Jasmin she was busy on the phone. Understandable to a sense, but not two hours. She also said that my account was active and moving forward. The contract I signed states my account will not move forward UNTIL the initial downpayment is completely paid. I sent her another msg stating "I am canceling". Received no reply again for almost two hrs. Sent a msg "I see you are ignoring me now. Typical of scammers." Finally received a msg that said, "Sir I'm working and on the phone with other clients. I reached out to my customer service department they will be reaching out to you. Please let me know by end of day today if you don't receive a call." Today is Wednesday 06/22/2022 still no email and no phone call. Luckily I bank with Navy Federal and they have an AWESOME fraud dept. I contacted them yesterday and explained the situation. They informed me the transaction is still pending. They said two things could happen, 1) the transaction is canceled on their end, money returned to my account. 2) Navy Fed files a dispute and takes it back from them. I also had to get a NEW debit card so the scammers could not take anymore money. LESSON LEARNED. Research companies before agreeing to do business. read more

First and foremost STOP and don't start any type of business with this company. The name is Top Flight Assistance. If the name doesn't stop you from wanting to get you credit fixed then let me help you. I started with the company back in June 2021. Like most I wanted to use the pandemic to get my credit in order and be able to purchase a home for my family. Just got married and had my first child. I called Top Flight and they were eager to help and I had faith. I even started off with a deposit of $500 so they could jump start my credit building journey. The first month was fine where they would send me messages and let me know they sent out dispute letters. They even have a portal where you can track your progress. Month two was fine with no changes on my report but they continued to take funds. I had a payment of $125 a month. After month six (6) I called and asked what was the deal. First it was so hard to get in contact with them. Once I did the rep told me that they just sent out a second round of disputes but it normally takes multiple rounds. Majority of the time, only one item is able to be removed. But at that time we can look to start another session with a new payment plan. I told the rep, let's continue with this plan and we can talk about it when it comes. Something told me to cancel then but I was ready for a change to come. March of 2022 come and I'm doing research and was able to talk to a friend that fixed his credit. He then told me to try one thing, if it works then cut Top Flight off. I was able to change my personal items on all (3) reporting credit monitoring bureaus with just a phone call. I also learned that no disputes have been sent to any of the bureaus. That when I called top flight and cancelled my account immediately. I had to pull teeth in order to do cancel. I called 12-14 times and spoke it rude, childish and very incompetent call takers. The customer care representative tries to talk over you and talk down to you. The only one that was trying to help was Donna. I was then transferred over to Sarah. She was offering me a partial payment of $1,250 but also stated that if I waited a few days I can speak to the Chief of Staff Mr. Ramos. He would be able to refund me the total of $1,750. I ask he to put it in write which is here: Hello Mr. Stinson, Per our conversation today you are rejecting my offer of a partial refund in the amount of $1250.00 as you would like to speak with our COS Mr. Ramos on Wednesday April 13th, so you can further discuss a full refund in the amount of $1,750.00. I have scheduled you a call for that day. I have cancelled your account also so you will no longer be charged. Have a wonderful day. Sincerely, Sarah Johnson Yes, Wednesday rolls around and without a doubt I received this email. Which I kind of suspected: Hello sir, Our Chief of Staff is out today for personal reasons. I have moved your appointment for Monday April 18,2022 when he is back in office. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful Easter weekend. Sincerely, Sarah Johnson Then here we are here for Monday. No call, no email so I called them. Once again I get bounced around, laughed at and Sarah and Mr. Ramos was out of the office. I've called 15-18 times. With no success. I will call and call as long as it takes for me to receive what it do. Pleas do not waste your time and money. read more

Twice they set up a phone conversation with me. Twice they did not call. I wouldn't spend a dime with these clowns. Save your money.

Contacted this company in November of 2020. They took my money and gave me "updates" on what they were doing. However when I checked at the three month mark on the so called claims they were filing, they were for the wrong accounts. No claims on accounts with discrepancies and my score dropped 6 points. When I called they said this was the process and to wait for the second round of disputes. At the six month mark they had still not kept any of their promises. My score dropped another 9 points. When I asked for a refund they told me that they had contracts and did not have to give my money back. I had to fulfill my one year obligation without cancelation. I left my account in tact and started looking into fraud charges to the company. At which time they cancelled my account, and told me do to the cancellation I had no recourse for refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not deliver results promised. Now they refuse to take my calls or issue a refund, and further damaged my credit. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. read more

*****SCAAAAAMMMMMM WARNING!!!!!!******* DON'T TRUST THEM. This company is a giant scam. I have my own lawyer to take these guys to court. They haven't been doing anything but kept charging my card $100 every month. They kept saying it takes time to dispute charges but then they would never get back to me. Their "customer portal" doesn't work and they make you talk via s messaging system over their website. I've already reported them to the better business bureau and will continue to spread the word. They are con-artists and I will definitely be getting my money back. If you've been scammed and want to join this lawsuit text me 757-737-7765. I'M NOT ASKING FOR MONEY! I just need your story to help build a case to take them down since there is power in numbers. read more
