I didn't lose the case but I don't feel like She negotiate for my son to get everything that he deserved. I felt like my ex husband got helped on the child support side. I also feel like that was a horrible experience and in my opinion she is rude in the way she communicates. End result My ex husband got a 2400 "hardship credit" which I still don't underStand this because he never qualified for one before for having "other" kids. This lowered his child support TREMENDOUSLY! I Should have not have signed on this and took this in front of a judge or I should've just negotiate myself and let go of the Diana and negotiate it for my ex-husband to get half of the hardship credit but nothing I can do about it now because I signed it thinking I was able to trust . Now my ex-husband gets a hardship credit of $2400 and only pays me A little over 1200 in child support . Guy Boyvee never gave him any hardship credit . My ex husband lied about having a 2400 rental income property on his declaration I found this out after everything was signed and done. I asked DIANA to fight for me not to have to pay any flight expenses due to me Having my son in Victorville for 10 years and I don't work cause I stay home to care for my other autistic child And For obvious reasons that since he is the one leaving the state again due to the military, I didn't find fair that I would have to pay anything for flight. Then turns out she told me the judge would more than likely make me pay a percentage which equals $100 per flight so now long story shorts I have to pay $100 per flight even though I've had him in the same city for 10 years living with me and Dad is the one who constantly Travels now I have to pay $100 per flight. I honestly did not feel like I should sign it but again when you're paying someone $20,000 you have to somewhat trust that they're making you sign something legitimately And I completely wish I could go back in time and not sign any of it and let go of Diana and stand in front of the judge by myself a lot of it did not make sense. My advice for the people reading this is if you get a lawyer and they tell you " A judge might think you're being complicated" " You should sign it because they're entitled to it and a judge more than likely will approve it" DONT DO IT! I wish I could go back in time and only agreed to half of that hardship credit of a total of 1400 instead of 2400 just to be fair and meet in the middle. In my opinion, there was no negotiation that benefited me in anyway or my child. THIS was the end results long story short ...Diana came out of the room after talking to my ex husband lawyer and told me that More than likely, a judge would make me pay $100 per flight due to a percentage. Now I pay $100 per flight, which lowered his child support for Him also he got a $2400 hardship credit taken off of his child support making my son get a lot less than what he's actually deserving. Diana encourage me to sign everything giving my ex husband a 2,400 hardship credit and making me spend 100 per flight. You would think paying a lawyer over $20,000 that they would fight for you and your child with everything they got but in my opinion money hungry vultures and I didn't feel I got fought for. Honestly, I can go on and on and on, but please, from my personal experience that I went through with them now owing them 20k and my ex husband now being happy with his child support results... GO ELSEWHERE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STARS.Also right after court, I found out that my ex-husband lied on his declaration and expense and did not claim the rental property worth of $2400 a month on that declaration and expense form. I had already let go of Diana's as my lawyer, thankfully but then I tried to reach out to Out to her on email and her paralegal about The issue they completely ignored it. I then called the office to see if I could talk to Thomas since he was so caring and inviting in the beginning, but then after I got a hold of him with this issue after weeks he seemed to rush me off the phone in my opinion and didn't really care in my opinion. There was only one thing they did that I appreciated They told me if I was sure if I wanted to hire them because I did not have a losing case in the beginning. I however, did not mind hiring a Law Firm thinking me and my son was going to benefit from it, and I was going to be happy with the results, but it seems like my ex-husband was happier with the Results then I was. I personally don't think I've benefited from hiring them at all. In my opinion I think I honestly lost out on more and I would've gotten more. I just stood in front of the judge Expressed everything on my own. Again 20k later and my ex husband was stoked about the end results. NO NO NO

Lawyer just keeps taking my money and I see no action...at this point I have already paid my lawyer…read more11,000 dollars and I am still not divorced.
