It took a few calls to get someone to pick up. I explained that I had a Yelp offer and that I needed roadside assistance. He asked where the car was located so I told him it was in Decatur. He then asked where I wanted it towed. I answered, "Decatur." He then replied, "We don't have any trucks." So I said, "Why did you ask me where the car was located if you knew you didn't have any trucks?" He said, "My driver lives in McDonough. He is not going to want to tow your car and then have to drive that far to go home." What in the blood clot? So basically, they are only towing cars in the drivers neighborhood.
