My insurance company that I went through was mine it was Progressive Insurance company. I went through my insurance company Progressive under subrogation. Weltner's Collision and Progressive Insurance gave me an unsafe vehicle when I picked it up on January 6th 2026. They had many factors on my Toyota Tacoma 2003 which they didn't fix in the Collision that the lady hit my car head on. I brought it back to the body shop and I called Progressive Insurance. The estimator is incompetent he didn't even know what was wrong with my vehicle. Progressive Insurance and Weltner' Collision murrells inlet South Carolina. Both entities were Nexus, and they did not fix my Toyota Tacoma 2003. To all you people out there looking to get your vehicle fixed if it's in a collision I would advise you to take it somewhere else instead of Weltner's Collision. They had stolen the money that the insurance company had given them didn't fix my car or my truck I should say. They gave me an unsafe car after my inspection I inspected it the car was not drivable. One they didn't do a front end alignment when it was a head-on collision. To the front end springs and shocks were bent. Three the rear passenger side shock was knocked off the frame. For the drive shaft in the rear was broken off the u-joint. Finally the gas tank strap was broken off not to do to us due to the impact. Out of my own pocket I had to put four $5,000 of my money to fix my vehicle because Progressive Insurance and Weltner' Collision pocket the money or stole the money and didn't fix my vehicle. They put cheap parts defender the headlights were all cheap and secondary. To all you people out there do not use Weltner's Collision murrells inlet South Carolina. Take your vehicle somewhere else I can guarantee you my experience. These people are scam artists and they will steal progressives money or any insurance companies money and your insurance company will let them. They will give you an unsafe vehicle to drive to kill other people on the road. They are scammers. There are other collision places to take your vehicle avoid this place with all cost. The staff the lady at the front they were all rude rude rude rude. Extremely unprofessional!!! My experience is that of a horror movie. It was not my fault. On the other hand, Progressive Insurance is a con artist too I drop them after the accident when they wouldn't fix my vehicle. I have Collision. Progressive Insurance is another scam in these people are fraudulent companiessurance company that all the years that you pay you go through subrogation and they don't even fix your car I should have went through the other ladies Insurance company. Progressive Insurance is a fraudulent agency. If you get a chance to all you people out there drop that insurance company I can guarantee just because your rates are low does it mean that they're going to fix your vehicle when you have collision and liability full coverage. This visit was a bit different. The circumstances leading to the needed repairs were different. The outcome was better than expected. I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem."
