When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she claimed that's how they do it and that everyone's services are called out. That's a LIE. They are usually wearing headsets and no one hears what everyone is getting. Good riddance. The receptionist is rude anyway. The only reason why I lasted this long is because of the treatment I got from my esthetician, which was always welcoming and professional!

I have been getting waxes for over six years, and she consistently makes the experience comfortable. My waxes with her never seem painful, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. During my appointment, we discussed how to properly maintain my wax and how to regularly use the products they offer to care for the area between appointments. I already use several of their products, and I appreciate that she takes the time to educate and answer questions. The center itself was very clean, including the restroom, which is always something I notice. When I checked out, the scheduler at the front desk was friendly and let me know how many wax passes I had remaining. Since I have a wax pass, I did not have to pay anything other than Diana's tip. Before my girl came to get me, the lady in the front gave me the run down. What to except and all that good jazz. Now the young lady SANDY . I ABSOLUTELY loved her. Like I said before this was my first time, she made me feel so comfortable. We talked about everything. Not to mention she was as gentle as she could possibly be. She also didn't rush through the process. On the real sensitive parts she warned me, and gave me time to prepare myself. I must say it was an experience and I will be back to see Sandy.
