Dr Raffi is very professional and caring, but also brings in a good sense of humour through-out the process. The staff are also top notch. Calling 2 days prior to appointments and always smiling when you arrive. I was treated very well during this whole time and extremely pleased with the results. I'm very analytical, quite picky, and (at times) impatient ..... it takes a lot for me to be happy with an investment of this size and this duration (2 years).
