I had my initial consultation for my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Davis. He was very welcoming,…read moreextremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt great about scheduling my procedure. The office was extremely clean, everyone was nice. Today I had my procedure with Dr. Dombrowski & Dr.Way and there assistant who took such great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Between parking, signing in, speaking to both doctors, and the actual procedure- I was there for an hour. They answered all of my questions, made me as comfortable as possible & sent me home with some extra supplies. I paid $98 to have both top wisdom teeth removed. After my dentist gave me my referral it did take some time to get an initial consultation appointment but after that, the appointment for the procedure did not have much of a wait and many dates available to work around my schedule.

With a place this big I think it just depends on the student and the doctor you receive. I went in last Tuesday and was denied an extraction because I bleed easily. It was severely infected and causing me insane amounts of pain. I, of course, burst into tears when I was told I would have to wait until December to get it removed through another program but Dr. Babbage heard my distress and came over to me. She told me if I got the proper blood work done she would pull my tooth pretty much immediately. Six days later I was back with my blood work. She got me in first thing Monday and spent about 30 minutes extracting a tooth that other dentists didn't feel confident to. I was told I would need oral surgery to get it safely removed--Dr Babbage said "screw that" and PULLED IT OUT almost whole!!! I'm home now about five hours later and the anesthesia is wearing off. I'm in almost no pain. I have literally no swelling at all. I wish it had happened last week but I am still so grateful for the quality of care I received from her. A doctor should ALWAYS be compassionate, always willing to listen, always willing to help. I can't speak well enough of how kindly she treated me. I could not recommend her enough, especially if you're scared of being shamed or scared of just plain mean doctors. She literally improved my quality of life. I even lost my job because of my tooth and she offered to call my employer and argue for my job (I denied her very kind offer because I don't want to work for a company that fires an employee for having a medical emergency anyway). This woman knows her stuff!!!

I'm updating my review I wrote in 2013. Back then I was treated by this Endodontist for a root…read morecanal that had developed an abscess at the end of the root. Through surgery Dr. Cook removed the abscess and all was well. This summer I started developing a tooth ache over the same tooth every time my sinuses acted up. On Labor Day weekend I was in agony. Come Tuesday morning the pain was completely gone. At my hygienist appointment in late September the hygienist took extra x-rays and did a thorough exam. She and the dentist that was at the practice that day decided there was no dental problem and that it must be my sinuses. In the beginning of December I once again was experiencing an excruciating tooth ache. My dentist, Dr. Renshaw, worked me in immediately. Sure enough the x-rays that day indicated I had an abscess above the root canal again. He prescribed antibiotics and made a referral to Dr. Cook. After our holiday vacation I had my appointment with Dr Cook. Dr. Cook is an excellent Endodontist and quite honest too. I said I was no longer having the toothache and he said that was because the abscess was draining. Upon examination and x-rays taken that day he indicated that his 30 years of experience tells him that redoing the root canal via surgery would not cure the problem. Although there was still a small amount of abscess the true problem was a crack in the root. Unfortunately, the cure is to have the tooth pulled and have my existing bridge redone. So I'm back to Dr. Renshaw to get a treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Cook for being honest about the true situation. 2023/ #11
