Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before. We called Newkirk's Home Repair to have a toilet installed. And am I glad we did! While reviewing…read morethe existing plumbing Matt discovered a couple of MAJOR issues that we weren't aware of because they were out of sight. Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish. I now have a court ordered judgement against them. The owner lied multiple times about meeting my attorney and bringing the deposit he owed, always a no show.

I called them because I needed to have my roof tarped after a severe weather storm with high winds…read moreand Parkersburg they told me it was $500 cash on the spot to have them come out and do it so I said okay 8:15 on a Friday night I was told at 5:30 they would be there they were on their way well 8:30 comes around and they finally showed up the boss said they were at Lowe's getting a tarp they didn't buy a new tarp they had some old tarp that had rips in it and probably six places and they assured me it took them 20 minutes they assured me that the tarp was on the roof I also asked them to use the rubber skin Roofing to cover the hole that they did the tarp was found the next morning in my driveway all rolled up when I called and told them this they said that was not the tarp that they put up there rest assured there was no leaks I had paid them 500 cash they said that they were going to email me a receipt that night I haven't gotten an email they don't even have my email address be wary of these guys they talk a great line of BS and they owe me $500 I'm also going to file police charges I've had enough of these guys in town that think they can rip women off and that we're stupid
