It was not a gun safety course, it is geared toward older adults who already know how to handle a handgun. And for that it was excellent. The hands on may have been a bit intimidating for some, but for me, it was money well spent. The course was $80, took almost 6 hours, and you were never falling asleep. If you are looking for course requirements for a CWP in Florida good for most of the Southeast, this was a great way to spend the morning. There are a variety of times that the course is offered. It is a small venue, small classes, and excellent experienced instructor. Retired law enforcement he had even written up one of the attendees for a motor vehicle violation a few years ago!!!!!!

I didn't get a chance to work with Concierge Girl due to lack of correspondence which was…read morefrustrating. I reached out for decoration services for a Bachelorette. My initial email to her reaching out had an immediate response with follow up questions which I returned, knowing planning a party is a time sensitive matter, especially for bookings. I hadn't heard back in over a day until I followed up with the dreaded "hey circling back" to then discover the inspirational images didn't go through, which would have been helpful to know earlier. Then sending everything again, I still didn't hear back, not even a confirmation that images went through this time. I get businesses are busy, but it's in poor taste to not send a courtesy email saying "Please excuse delayed responses due to X, Y, and Z." That way I know I'm not being left in the dark. I emailed Concierge Girl my frustration which then of course got an immediate email back with an apology and a "sorry it didn't work out this time...hope you find someone else to work with." I'm sure she does lovely work, but the process I experienced was frustrating and unprofessional. A customer shouldn't have to chase down a business with multiple emails of "hey, confirming you got this...." "hey... I still didn't receive a quote...." There's only so many times I can email politely.
