After spending a mint on the beef and paying $484.96 to have them screw it up, I will not be a repeat customer here. This was my first experience and I will not be back. I will be calling to lodge my complaint and resolution with someone who can resolve/make reparations for their failures. Unfortunately, I like the farmer who raises the beef I buy and he only takes cattle here for slaughter. I am going to have to find another farmer and processor. 1 star because I got some of my meat back and one star for the vacuum pack, but there cannot be anymore due to their negligence.
