I had a bad experience with the owner when I first moved to St Catharines. He treated me very rudely when I tried to exchange a product that was clearly not fresh. It was so rotten, the smell was pungent, but he refused to look at it or entertain the suggestion that it was bad. I was nothing but polite and friendly about it, but he practically needed his arm twisting. In the end he let me replace it, but refused to give me a Please, Thank-You or Good Morning.
I didn't go in there for a long time, but I recently started going back. I avoid it if the owner's in there, but the other staff are pretty nice.
