Terrible service at the checkout. The store has decent products at very premium prices, so I…read moremistakenly thought the checkout person would maybe put the bags in the cart for me. Apparently not. When I asked the checker to do that, he said that there is another grocery store in town that does that. Then, he (Ivan) started doing the next person's groceries and sending them down the line and they got mixed up with my bags. Eventually got them sorted, no thanks to Ivan. So I called the store to file a complaint and after telling the story to a person who didn't get it, I asked for a manager and eventually got to the manager on duty...., Ivan (yes, the same guy that did the terrible job at checking my groceries out). We talked about this for a bit and he basically argued with me and NEVER once apologized for even the possibility of a misunderstanding or that they/he did anything wrong. For instance, today they had 12 pk coke on sale 3 for 5.00, and everyone else has to pay 7.00 dollars. They don't take into consideration for the people that don't have plenty of space, or can't use mobile data, or someone that doesn't have a phone or understand how to use it. Today, I told the cashier I'm forced to do this. I was told go to the phone store and by a card for more memory. Really! Spend even more money that people don't have. So basically you're company doesn't think of elderly, people with disabilities. It just isn't right that we can't save the same as them.
