Another local firm was totally unresponsive to our request to finish job. Shea was very understanding of our need for a quick resolution. September comes and Belbrook or Shea doesnt return phone calls. End of September comes and three unanswered voice mails and three emails later no answer, but the voice recorder now says that they are taking no new job. But my job was prior to this, I was counting on this to fix/replace a leaky water main. No answer, no reply email...basically I am on my own and winter is here. All other contractors say they cant help me...to much scheduled work to button up prior to winter. Belbrook Plumbing might be good, they might be hacks...but one thing Belbrook Plumbing most certainly is , is that they are unreliable and didnt even have the decency to tell me the truth up front or call me back later and tell me they could not longer do the work we planned. - Greg R

I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.
