Absolutely unacceptable. The eyebrow technician who worked here for 15 YEARS the only reason many loyal clients kept coming was fired for no real reason. Fifteen years of loyalty, experience, and trust meant nothing to this business. Management replaced her with someone who doesn't even come close to her skill level. The quality has dropped drastically, and it's insulting to expect customers not to notice. This place has made it very clear they don't value long-term employees or loyal clients. If you care about quality and ethics, take your business elsewhere. I know I will. read more

If I could do -5 I would !! I went to get my nails done Wed afternoon, I got Gel X Mani and Gel Pedi. Choose French tip bc it's the most common technique in which I believed they couldn't mess up. But I was wrongg !! If you can avoid that one lady who answers the phone and taking payments pls do, she will not be attentive, she'll get up MID sesh and come back and forget where she was at like girl..... She did this like 4x. And she's really rough when working with your nails. Bc she is such in a hurry and dgaf about your nails she doesn't freestyle her french tips instead she paints HALF OF YOUR NAIL white, no lie, and wipes a smidge of it off to create the curve. I got medium nails but had to ask her to literally cut it down short bc it didn't have that french tip look, she left my nail looking half white and half clear, the white tip took up half the nail!!! and she makes you feel bad like girl the nails are ugly af... How you mess up a french tip? Tell me why it's 4 days later and 3 nails have fallen off, popped clean off. MY TOTAL was $145 for Gel mani, pedi and they're half gone plssssss... I'm so sad honestly. 4 hours after this review, thumb nail fell off, bruhhhhh...... Y'all mfff update 6 hours later ALL my nail fell off, popped right off. I'm fuming, this place is quick to SNATCH that money but stingy when it comes to good quality. read more

So I'm doing this review on my wife's be half. To start stay away this place must not have and follow proper protocol on anything. My wife came in for a pedi and as they started the shock roaches everywhere crawling out of all places. I mean I've heard about restaurant roach problems but a nail salon. Service was mediocre at a full price. Here are some pictures to back up. read more

Horrible, roaches walking around, ladies work too fast leaving sloppy work . High charge $ for sloppy work no thank you !!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO IMPROVE. Actually no, THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN LIKE BRO THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE NAILS I WANTED. I asked for purple flowers on the ring finger and the rest one color and the RUDE lady doing my nails DECIDED TO PUT BUTTERFLIES and all this other stuff. I told her I wanted almond shape and she did this ugly square BORDERLINE DUCK SHAPE... no honey they were not the nails I wanted and they were crusty. Service is horrible, rude staff and she had the audacity to charge me $80... read more

Definitely do not recommend. They always cut me. Not the best customer service. Nails never last.

Be WARNED their prices have gone up due to COVID-19. $45 for a mediocre mani/pedi where I was cut. No surprise no action was taken. When you complain they pretend they don't speak English. But I can assure you when you want an upgrade to your service they know exactly what you're saying. Tried to support a small business. & sometimes how small businesses act to complaints is why I sometimes prefer other places. Take what you will from this. read more

They charged me $20 for a refill. The lady was being super pushy about me getting Gel but I took my own nail polish. I used their glitter one tho. When the lady was applying the glitter one she was being so stingy! Like dang lady. I had to go buy a similar pink glitter Bc the nail had a ton of empty space that could've used some glitter. The lady was rushing Bc she had someone waiting who had made an appointment. I am overall happy with it Bc the original shape was uneven and she fixed it. read more

Third time being here, even though they were busy they were organized. They seated me right away and had me wait on a massage chair. Both ladies that helped with my mani/pedi were really nice. Specially Lynn that helped with suggestions and went the extra mile to give me a design. Price was ok, I paid $61 with tip included. Will be coming back! read more

I only came here because where I usually go, (Tammy's Nails) were completely booked (been going there for the past 20 years) One thing I didn't like was them slipping in the $1.00 debit card charge without telling me. Asked why I hadn't done my nails with them in so long, this is why!! Sloppy, and doesn't know how to polish nails. Eyebrow service I can recommend. Kim does a wonderful job. read more

I didn't know that they close at 5:00. I came at 6 and the door was fully opened and they were working so I walked inside. The lady at the front asked me what i would like and to pick a color. So I sit in my chair it's 6:10..... I kid you not- it's 6:24 and she is already DONE! And this includes a callus removal. So at one point towards the end, after the lady poured lotion and rubbed it on me for like 2 seconds, I finally asked her: "are you in a hurry?!!!" She said: "we close at 5. Very busy. Today very busy" Ok, I get it..... and I would have respected the fact that they were closed already if ANYONE HAD TOLD ME! I had a very tiring day and I really just wanted some TLC. Maybe a little longer scrub/massage.... this is NOT what I expect when I come to get a pedicure. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not to mention the place looks filthy and they don't use bags on their feet tub. Who knows what infections are lurking in there. I just pray that her items were at least disinfected. I won't be coming back. Oh and it gets worse. After she finished, she tried to put on my sandal so I said "no let's wait until it's dry" she said "no I help you!" No!!!! My 12 year old daughter went here with a friend last week. They were both getting a full set of nails. Tina, the person who did my daughters nails was very rude to her. She even made her stand up so they could use her chair for another client. So she had to stand up, bent over while they completed her nails. Also, my daughter had to ask her several times to be more gentle as she was hurting her. And, to too it off, she did a horrible job. The nails were so thin that they starting breaking off within 2 days. Several nails had either broken or lifted off entirely within 5 days. When we went back there to request repair, the same lady blamed my daughter saying that she bit them off and she refused to fix them. She put up her hands in my daughters face gesturing for her to leave!!!!! What a horrible way to do business! Despite my daughters age, she is a customer paying full price just like everyone and the lady has no right to treat her poorly or think she is less important than another customer. And, she does crappy work. Someone else was nice enough to repair my daughters nails for her. Tina is not only rude but she also doesn't stand behind her work. A refund should have been given but instead we were insulted further. Its not ok to take someone's money and time and leave them dissatisfied. Join me in boycotting this establishment until they correct their business practices!!! read more

Worst place ever , they could care less about their clients. I been going to tonys ever since they opened on rinaldi then moved over when they moved kim to this nail salon. So i been going to tonys since i was about 15 now im 28. Today i went in and asked them for coffin nails they sat me with a lady who started to do my nails. She had to redo my nails 3 times because she kept putting my index nail crooket. My nails looked nothing like coffin shape. The lady later on told me she didnt know how to do long nails. Since they were bussy they didnt care. I showed the manager my nails n they cared less about me not being happy about my nails. Yet i had to pay 80 dollars for some ugly nails . read more

If you want your manicure, full set, or pedicure done right, this is NOT the place to come to. First off they are seriously overpricing everything. Not to mention that majority of you ladies and men pay them tip, at the end of the day they're getting money with their half ass done job. I came in for a fill, just a fill. Lyn was kind enough to attend to me. When she was finished I wasn't happy not one bit with her work. She tried to blame me saying I "moved" too much. I'm sitting patiently in a chair as she's doing my nails. I asked her to clean up the edges of where she got polish on my finger and she said "just wash it off later with water." That's no way to treat a paying customer. The picture I've posted with this review is Tony's Nail Salon's work. Tell me if you'd still want to come take your chances here.... Ugh read more

Because of COVID services are outside (they just started this) they were open during the actual pandemic (when they should have been closed) anyway now that services are outside you are even closer to the person next to you. You sit in crappy chairs, cheap buckets for your pedicure. Yet you are still paying the same price as a "spa pedicure" if you're not going to provide "Spa" services. Don't charge "Spa" prices you're better off going somewhere else. I went to Vivid Nail (also in Arleta) MUCH cleaner! I recommend Vivid Nail to anyone reading this review. read more

1st visit here, dislike end result. I got a pedi & fullset acrylic. Pedi was great. Fullset completely dislike, Shaping, length, & presentation. When i asked the tech to do a third coat prior to butting the clear coat she got bothered because i didn't tell her prior to her putting away the paint, first off she didn't even ask how many coats & her main concern was moving on the next client. Asked the receptionist if i could receive a lower rate due to the result being lack of quality, he said no because it could be fixed. not trying to sit through another hr w/ the same tech, & a discount would have been appreciated. Not going nack to this place again. By the way this tech sits at the very entrance, first row, table to the right (nail polish display). read more

I went for a pedicure and they put up their prices from $17 for a spa pedicure now they went up to $20 with no spa . They always want you to get gel and if you don't tell them you don't want it they will put it on and you have to pay. I paid $10 more for callous remover when it used to $5, they did such a crappy job and was the most expensive pedicure I have got . I was in the area and wanted to get my nails done while my boyfriend got his hair cut, I called before for pricing and when I went in it was the same price. Seems obvious, but almost every salon i've been to says one price on the phone and then another in store. Anyway, I got sat down right away. My nail tech was very nice and apologized for little inconveniences like pausing so he could check someone else out, other techs will slice your finger open & then get mad at YOU. Worst nail salon ever!!!!!! Stay away!!!!! This is the 2nd time I give them a chance due to it being so near to my house and once again I ended up paying double so my original nail spot i go to can fix their mess. The girl who did my nails not only sized my nails all uneven she kept pulling on my cuticle over and over that I left with cuts all over. I went yesterday to get a regular pedicure and prices obviously went up to $20 because of Covid and I didn't mind so I just got the pedicure and I asked her before I got it done how much it was and she told me $20 and then when it was time to pay I gave her my card and she charged my card $30. The woman who charged my card was the manager and she is extremely unprofessional and I did not like that she charged my card without consent I do understand the fee for using a card but it shouldn't be $10. This is very upsetting and I will also be reporting. I was just there right now and was helped by Kevin. I went in the get a fill and the process took about 25 minutes. He rushed through the whole process. When I picked my color I chose a soft pink. He put on a brighter pink and I told him it didn't match but he kept insisting it was the same even when I put them side by side and they clearly did not look the same. I ended up just getting the color and while he was painting them he was putting globs of the polish on each coat he was doing.
