Those days are over. My laptop had a screw missing so the frame was coming off. I tried to baby it for a few months but the screws started to come out on the other side, so I decided to just surrender it to the tech folks here. They have to run a program on your computer even if you don't want them too to see if it has any problems other than the problem you brought it in for. I get it. Saves you a trip in OR saying it's their fault if you have another problem. $40 or something for that. 40 for labor for screws. They worked on my laptop right away and I had it back same day. The biggest plus is that I didn't have to go to geek squad for them just to ship my baby to Timbuktu. Definitely recommend these guys. They do more than just computer repairs
