Because it was a corporate move, and it things can get complicated, we were very fortunate to have an experienced realtor on our side. He made it easy peasy for us and we were under contract within 20 days! Our relo process also required that we check out multiple realtors and while the other realtors were great as well, we felt that Al's strategy and go get it style with a twist of southern sweet charm was perfect to represent us in this market. He was thorough in the marketing strategy and followed up with us very regularly - as a returning client - he very well could have been more laid back but he was on the ball! All in all, I highly recommend especially if you have to work through a corporate complicated move!

Cathy Cowley KR Elite Homes helped us since that morning we met to discuss the sell of our unit. KR Elite Homes guided us on how to get the finances to purchase our new home, what to expect regarding pricing, etc. They managed to have the builder adding a lot of extra items to the house at no extra cost, they also put me in contact with a loan broker, whom locked me @ 2.75% interest and all due to KR! I would recommend them 100%, I hope would have met them few years ago during our first real state purchased. Thank you KR, you are the best!

This is a challenging task in any circumstance but the fact that I reside in Washington State and their home was in Georgia greatly complicated matters. I sought the help of Kathy Cowley and KR Elite Homes to sell the house. I was immediately impressed with Kathy's professionalism. She sent me comps and advised what needed to be done to make the house "market ready." She instilled such trust and confidence that I was comfortable leaving it all in her capable hands and did not feel the need to make the cross country trip to manage things myself. Kathy exceeded my expectations. She literally did it all, including the coordination of the cleaning, yard work, repairs and divestment of furniture and household items. Throughout the process, she sent pictures and updates by text. I also want to give a shout out to Rachel Frintner, who stepped in to help at closing. Things went smoothly, despite the imminent threat of Covid19. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such trustworthy and competent individuals at KR Elite Homes.

Best Realtor Ever!!!!!! We met Laura Wilson over 6 years…read moreago. She is a very sweet person. Kind, Intelligent, Knowledgeable, Caring and Friendly. She knows her business. We were living in Kansas at the time. Our cousin introduced us via phone texts, calls and face time. We fell in love with her immediately. She was not our first Realtor, but things did not work out with them. They were nice and knew their business, but in my opinion, they were more interested in selling us a home, rather than making sure we would be pleased with our purchase. Truth be told, our budget was too low for them to really try to help us. But again, this is just my opinion and that's how I was made to feel. This is a lifetime decision, and we did not want to rush into anything. We went from no mortgage to getting a mortgage and this was indeed a HUGE step. Laura listened patiently to what we wanted and needed. She explained the ups and downs we would or could encounter during this process. We are Senior Citizens living on SS and Pension; therefore, we had to make sure we stayed within our budget, which included mortgage payments, utilities and everything else. Laura went right to work looking for homes. She sent us listings that she thought we might like and even gave us suggestions as to those we might consider looking into. Now during this time, she was also busy assisting others in finding homes. She even helps individuals with assistance in finding apartments. But we could call her and leave a message at any time, and she would Always call us back. After several homes and 4 months later, we were Blessed to obtain our current home and have been here for 6 years. This was the best choice and location ever. Laura went out of her way to make sure we were provided with the Very Best Mortgage Lender and Home Inspector. Laura goes above and beyond with her clients. She really cares and she has proven this over and over again. I can still call her today if I have any issues and need a good service person to take care of my problems. In my very Personal Opinion, Laura Wilson exceeds being a realtor, she has become a friend and treats you as such. She treats you like she would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot. She cares, really cares. I highly recommend Laura Wilson to anyone that needs a Real Realtor that will listen to you and take care of you to ensure Customer Satisfaction all the way. May God continue to Bless her in all her endeavors. Maximum One is Blessed to have her and I hope they realize this. :-)

Perhaps the biggest financial transaction many of us make is buying or selling a home. As someone…read morewho took the task seriously, I researched and interviewed several competent and recommended realtors. After the process my husband and I both zeroed in on Alix Nadi to sell our house. Here's why: ** Alix knows her business. She's sharp. She's familiar with neighborhoods, market trends, pricing, architecture ... you name it. ** She offers sound advice and isn't afraid to speak up -- nicely, of course -- when she disagrees with your approach. (Alix, you were right. The accent walls had to go! And our garage looks so much better with painted floors.) ** Alix and her team go all out in marketing, with internet listings, open house events, mailers, flyers, signs, beautiful photos, virtual staging .... If there's a way to generate interest, Alix is all in. ** She is very easy to work with. This goes a long way! I wanted input on all written copy. No problem! We coupled my ideas with hers for a great finished product, that did the trick. ** When we hit pitfalls and I panicked, Alix calmly assured me that everything would work out and she'd get us to closing. Did she? Of course! And at a very good price. Would I recommend Alix Nadi to anyone buying or selling their home? Without hesitation!

Our closing took almost 3 months to close because of their ineptness. They asked over and over again for the same paper work from me or from the buyer.
