He negotiated a $10,000 seller concession and also secured a $6,500 lender credit, which significantly reduced our out-of-pocket costs at closing. What impressed me the most was how Andrew managed every part of the transaction at the same time. Not in the least. I would consider myself to be a person that is highly qualified to judge Linda's performance as a real estate agent. Please let me give you some background. Once upon a time I was a licensed real estate broker and I had my own business in Orange County, California. Although I am now retired and have now been inactive from such a business for some thirty years; still, I feel qualified to judge Linda's moxie, knowledge, and abilities. Now you may be thinking that I'm out of touch with real estate today. Well, such would be true if one was questioning my competency as related to practices and procedures, which today, requires so much more than during my heyday. Many laws and requirements for disclosure have changed through the years. However, such does not disqualify me from being a good judge of a person's character. We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. Most importantly, he listens. He truly understands your situation and has your best interests at heart. John remembers your goals and what you said would make you happy, using that as a compass for every decision. At times when we couldn't find the right fit and I started to deviate, he would remind me of my original vision to ensure I didn't settle. I'm going to say it twice: he truly has your best interests at heart. I have a tendency to push my limits, and John wasn't afraid to step in and advise me when something might overburden my finances.
