Je lui demande "Êtes vous vraiment prêt à perdre une vente pour un simple set de tire" Il répond en levant ses bras "ON S'EN FOUT. Jva le vendre anyway". Après il a essayé de me vendre un méridian couleur sable qui a ces tires mais comme 3000$ d'affaires inutiles dessus. Oh et quand j'ai demandé le prix total il dit "Il me faut vos informations". Quand je suis parti, je lui ai dit 1- qu'il venait de perdre une vente pour un set de tire 2- d'être plus poli avec les clients et 3- je lui ai souhaité bonne chance pour la période des tariffs. Alors appelez avant d'y aller pour rien.

My husband and I sought three quotes, and MK Auto Body had the best reviews and most competitive price. They were friendly during all interactions as well. The replacement bumper arrived quickly, and they painted it before I arrived so time without my vehicle was minimal. The work was done very well. A complimentary air freshener and pen was a nice surprise at the end of my service. I'd definitely return to them for any auto-body repairs.

Costs for parts came to less than $300, while the cost for labour was about $1,000??? Exactly, they said it would take 11 hours to paint a bumper. Wonder if anyone has reported them to the better business bureau or the Ontario business licensing agency? Please if you have had similar issue, submit a report as it's the only way we can stop our insurance premiums going up while they get rich.
