I been training with Mick for just over 6 weeks and have notice a number of positive body changes...already! Not only that, my friends and family have too. Two sessions a week, and with correct diet advice from Mick, I have been able to make those changes needed for a better lifestyle. I don't like working out but sessions with Mick are both structured, well focused and fun. They do always make me feel better. Mick doesn't let me talk too much as it deflects attention from me, clever man! Mick always arrives on time at my home with his mobile gym, including music. Ever enthusiastic and bouncing with energy, he frequently gets involved which I find a great motivational tool. In the 6weeks with Mick I feel slimmer, stronger and, with those all important dietary changes, healthier too. I'm so happy with things I'm looking to do 3 sessions a week. Money very well spent investing in my health.

I booked his 6 week introductory package and lost 10kg and dropped 2 dress sizes. I followed his nutritional advice and put 100% into every workout and can't believe the transformation. Mick comes to every session thoroughly prepared with a written plan of exercises for that day. Not only has my shape completely changed but I am SO much more flexible and I'm loving the extra strength I have built up. Even on days when I don't exercise I am still losing weight due to my raised metabolism. I can't recommend Mick highly enough. You won't be disappointed!

The gym is in the Dungannon Rugby Club Stevenson Park complex so its fairly no frills but where it really counts it has all you could need. The main space is fantastic with high ceilings and an array of equipment. There's also a spin studio with regular classes and a large studio upstairs for classes and circuits. The team of trainers also make use of the pitch and outside areas to really make you suffer!! Speaking of the trainers, they are a friendly and approachable bunch and seem to achieve serious results quickly with really positive encouragement - I've seen a big difference myself after only 2 weeks. The gym also has a very even membership of men and women which adds to the welcoming and unintimidating feel. Great place!

It is more expensive than your usual gym and you can't just rock up when you want. You can only go to classes. Which can be signed up for using the app. You can also see what the work out of the day is on the app. The facility is simple and clean. There is one shower in each changing room. They guys know their stuff here. And give you helpful tips to improve your performance. There are also special classes that you can sign up to from time to time. Such as pull up progression. Costs £70 to go 3 times a week. £90 for unlimited I think. Each class has max 15 people. There are plenty of classes during the day to choose from.

You can pay cash. Situated upstairs in the Frames complex on Little Donegal Street. (Their website has not been updated, look at their facebook) The staff are really friendly and there is more of a community feeling. The entrance has a reception with lots of protein snacks and powders and bars. You can buy them individually. Its defiantly an old school feel with lads chugging pre-workout before a session. Over two floors there is loads of equipment. Bottom having loads of free weights and 20kg bars. two power racks and a smith along with two heavy duty leg presses (one a hack) the space isnt massive but is is well laid out given its size. Other machines include lat pull down, diverging rows, chest press and shoulder press. Two boxing rings and around 10 hanging punch bags in another room. Lots of boxercise classes are run from here. The top floor is excellent!! Huge space with a crossfit rig, altro turf with a sled, truck tires for flipping and battle ropes. Two more power racks and a dead lifting platform. Hack squat frame and farmers walk equipment. Another room has cardio machines, treadmills, stepper, rowers etc. not many but then its more of a strength and conditioning outfit. Ladies changing rooms are basic with two showers and a toilet and hairdryer. Lockers throughout the gym on different floors. Parking outside and around the block on a ticket metre. Lots of PTs and a general good feel.
