I go every 5-6 weeks for colour and a cut and have never had room to complain. The salon has a great atmosphere and the sylists are both friendly and very helpful. They use the best TIGI colours which last much longer and look great. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and in fact a few of my friends have transfered from other salons to Fusion. The staff are friendly, but not too much so (if you don't want to chat, that's fine). The cuts are a little variable depending on who you get but they are all good and the colouring I gives me shiny, soft hair. The colours fade, but they always do since I only get my hair done about every 3-4 months! It can be cold in the salon, so bring a cardi. My only slight complaint - but this is true for just about every salon I have ever been to - is that most of the hairdressers pull my hair so hard my scalp ends up sore by the end. It is as if they think they are working on the manikins that they were trained on sometimes. Soft hands, please! But overall, Zenn is very good and I would recommend them.
