I go to Carly from Femme Fatales, because apart from being professional, she also put me at ease and was great to chat to and actually managed to make this rather painful treatment a little more relaxing. This chick knows her stuff and the results prove it. In fact I so rarely find a beautician I actually like that after Carly moved to Femme Fatales from her previous work place, myself (and other clients) followed her like loyal puppies. Now if that's not convincing enough then just trust me and you won't be disappointed!

I explained to the stylist I was growing it out. Rather than discussing her thoughts with me, she simply went ahead, performed the undercut without even tidying the top. I had a 1/4 - 1/3 cut but paid more than double that I would pay in Canada. I can not share the female stylists name; she never even introduced herself nor did she maintain any eye contact when she gave me a most insincere "thank you, nice meeting you" good-bye as I was paying the over-priced amount. I felt she didn't care. Why should she. She would never see me again, after all; I was just another tourist. Tony and Guy is respected the world over. I had imagined a refreshing cut that would suit me and be striking. I am so deeply disappointed, still, and it is already over a month ago. Twilla

The staff are friendly, but not too much so (if you don't want to chat, that's fine). The cuts are a little variable depending on who you get but they are all good and the colouring I gives me shiny, soft hair. The colours fade, but they always do since I only get my hair done about every 3-4 months! It can be cold in the salon, so bring a cardi. My only slight complaint - but this is true for just about every salon I have ever been to - is that most of the hairdressers pull my hair so hard my scalp ends up sore by the end. It is as if they think they are working on the manikins that they were trained on sometimes. Soft hands, please! But overall, Zenn is very good and I would recommend them.
