We saw another table enjoy a high tea set which looked both tempting and filling. The large cafe latte was one of the best my partner says he's had in a while, and that's saying something coming from Vancouver where coffee is king! We shared a slice of their limited edition chocolate, salted caramel and honeycomb cake along with an almond style tart. Both were quite good and hit the spot. Not the best cake I've ever had, but I'd certainly come back to explore some of the other sweet treats.

I have been to this particular location 3 separate times, and each time, the store was a complete mess, the service was below any sort of standard, and on each of my three visits, the order was incorrect. One time, they corrected the drink, one time, they remade the same incorrect drink (and I just kept it), and one time (the last time) I did not even bother. I will not be back to this location. I won't say that Starbucks in the US is perfect by any means, but the cleanliness, the service, the quality (and the quantity too) is by far better than any of my experiences in the UK.

The service is normally good but I have been left waiting for absolutely ages once or twice-even when there was no queue. They do the standard drinks and food that is served across the whole chain, and it's always tasty and of high quality. It's quite expensive but like I said the quality is good.

The food was really badly cooked, scrambled eggs were tasteless, rubbery and over cooked. It all arrived one by one with a lot more waiting in between. Seating arrangement was so ridiculous that the waiter passed our meals over the head of other diners instead of navigating around the tables to where we were sat. We never received an apology for the lateness of our food and the staff were disinterested and rude. Definitely would not recommend!!!
