As per my google review: Alison at Dexter's Fitzrovia was…read moreextremely helpful with finding me my property in the Fitzrovia area. She was very professional and punctual, I never felt pressured to go above my budget, nor to look at properties that didn't fit my specifications, my feedback was listened to and to the correct adjustments to further property searches were made based on this. Despite a lengthy search, only through my own exacting and constantly changing requirements, she remained patient and courteous. A luxury I have not had with other similar agents. Having used them, and having been guided by Alison, I would highly recommend to others and will certainly use again in my future property viewings.

Nick, the agent I dealt with…read morehere when looking for a flat earlier this year, rather more laid back than his Bow counterpart. The selection of flats on Keatons Hackey's books is a little limited but then these are interesting times when it comes to property. Located just near Primark on Mare Street, Keatons almost resembles the famous Foxtons buildings but in a more autumnal palette. It's not hard to spot and definitely worth popping in for a chat with the agents if you're looking for a flat in the Victoria Park/London Fields area.

I can safely say that by a mile Keatons are the best Estate Agent I've ever engaged with. Professionalism, service, support, and just being really on their game through out the process of selling my flat / buying my new home. They do their industry a credit. Every one was brilliant and I'm hugely grateful for all the work that they have done. They genuinely go above and beyond in all aspects of your service. Due to a bad recommendation I originally tried to sell my property through Foxtons and they were a shambles. I don't mean to be rude about them as that's not my style but Keatons are in at totally different league. Over the last 11 months, since I got in touch with Keatons to sell my flat it's been a roller coaster of emotion, but I'm now delighted to have exchanged and looking forward to my move into a new home in a few weeks time. I've got to specifically mention Stuart Milburn who really was amazing. Through out the whole conveyancing process Stuart has been the one person who keep everything together. Dealing with my solicitors, the agents of the property I'm buying, and their seller, my buyer and her solicitors, the surveyors, in fact every one involved in the whole process, Stuart was the constant calm. Having fallen through once due to my original buyer pulling out, and then almost falling through again on the day before exchange it was Stuart's level headed totally professional mediating that convinced the seller of the house I'm buying to stick with me and keep the whole deal on track. Very impressive, thank you Stuart. To the bosses of Keatons, that guy is gold dust!

Amazing end-to-end relocation service…read more We began our relocation in November 2019 shortly after my wife and I decided to relocate from Seattle to London. London Relocation had very positive reviews all-around and we have a very good first impression. The team was there to help from the initial intake until well-after we moved into our home. The company has a defined process with in-depth housing requirements to ensure they find the right homes, neighborhood and school district that would suit us the best. They searched and brought back a large (25-35) list of properties meant to give them better insight on our preferences. With all of this being done virtually, they took great care in returning a final list of properties, each one they toured before presenting to us. We short-listed about 5-7 homes and Shanti conducted detailed video tours of each place. They weren't pushy and didn't rush us to decide. On a few occasions, they slowed-us down to ensure we chose the right place. They went back to specific properties to conduct follow-up virtual tours. They made it very easy and helped with handling all the negotiations. It seems they have relationships with, or know, a majority of the letting companies in London. After finding "the one" house in Richmond we truly couldn't pass-up, they helped put an offer together, gave guidance on how much to offer based on the market and made it happen. We ended up choosing the house in Southwest London with all criteria being met, totally exceeding our expectations. They handled the check-in process and while we had to address a few unforeseeable maintenance issues with the property, they made it very easy, working on our behalf with the letting agent, to ensure all post move-in items were addressed to our satisfaction. I'd recommend London Relocation, especially those relocating with family and/or kids. They worked diligently on our behalf to ensure all our needs were met and that we were 100% satisfied. -The Rankin Family
