I totally forgot that I had used them before. The owner remembered me though! I will say everything was done as promised and in a timely fashion. The crew was professional. What also impressed me was how the crew dealt with my neighbors. I was inside the house and over heard through the windows on how a neighbor was nervous on a tree that was close to their house. The crewman reassured the neighbor stating that there property was safe and great care would be taken to protect there property from any debris. During the job, I observed conduct by a member of the crew that raised serious concerns about professionalism and safety. The activity was captured on my property's security cameras, which include both video and audio recording. Based on what was observed, the individual appeared impaired while on my property. Additionally, an unidentified person arrived in an SUV and handed something to this worker, after which his behavior appeared further compromised. This occurred while the company was actively performing contracted services. Equally troubling was the manner in which my elderly grandfather was treated. His interactions with the crew were dismissive and disrespectful, which is unacceptable under any circumstances. I also found the owner's response--or lack thereof--to these issues deeply concerning. Rather than addressing the conduct or ensuring proper supervision of employees, the behavior appeared to be tolerated. This raises serious questions about management practices, oversight, and overall business ethics. Due to these experiences, I cannot recommend Clearcut Tree Service, Inc. Consumers should exercise caution and carefully consider whether this company meets acceptable standards of professionalism, safety, and respect for clients and their families.
