The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. Will DEFINITELY use them again to prune our other trees in the future. Can't say enough about this company and am SO happy I found them!!

My car is parked in the driveway as well. My cameras alerted me to this I went outside to talk to the workers they explained they are trimming up my neighbors place and were trimming the whole tree. The tree extends onto my property line a good 4 ish feet from the house. I tell them no thank you and that they should please leave. A short back and forth occurred with them and I ended with I have no idea who you are, your insurance status or why they thought they could be here. The owner knocked on my door a good 20 min later. To tell me that he does this stuff all the time with out talking to the neighbor and it's not an issue. Also he used to work for the township so the cops wouldn't trespass him or even come out to do anything about it. I pointed to my camera by my door said sounds good have a nice day and walked back in. For a guy who worked for the township and lives in the area I would have hoped for the common courtesy of someone knocking on my door to speak with me and ask if it is okay to do any work. ‍
