They have clean restrooms, which is one reason I gravitate towards Love's locations. Overall everything tends to lean towards the clean side and this location is no different. The employees were friendly and made small talk asking where we were heading. We used the restroom, got some gas which tends to be cheaper than surrounding gas stations especially with 10 cents off just for entering your phone number attached to your rewards account. Overall this spot is another awesome Love's Travel Shop location and I would 100% stop by again if I was in the area.

The employees are usually quite friendly as well. They do have a drive thru, which is convenient. I can say the drive thru is usually way more packed than the inside of the store. They also have an air machine in the parking lot; it's come in handy on a few occasions. My only problem is the parking lot. The pump island is way too close to the parking area at the front of the building. Sometimes it's a real pain to leave because you have people coming into the parking lot and cars leaving the fuel pumps. I've been stuck trying to back out several times, and people won't let you out. It's aggravating. If you can park on the side when it's busy, I'd suggest it.

Lunch, starting at around 10:30am, features a daily special with a rotating menu. I live in Canadian, but work out of town. My employer understands that on 'Meatlloaf day', I am automatically off. A local family owns and runs Alexander's, the family are legendary for their generosity and kindness. The best secret at Alexander's? The fountain drinks! Best in the panhandle. Two clean restrooms, so if your passing through, check out a place popular with the locals! Don't forget that Alexander's is also a full catering outfit. If you attended a school prom or banquet around Canadian, then odds are you've already tasted Alexander's! Alexander's is my first stop every morning when I leave for work, and my first stop when I return to town. The inside card readers were down due to issues with their internet so they had hauled out an old card reader that worked on landlines but even that barely worked. Fortunately I had cash just in case. The restrooms were a disaster and the place felt like an old converted Pizza Hut. Outside signs said they also had a deli inside but all I could see were a few sad looking churros on a hot dog rolling machine. I don't know if this place just opened or what but Conoco should take their name off of the building cause it's horrible look for them.
