Get organized; hire a secretary or someone to answer your calls and help coordinate your jobs and appointments. He's simply too busy. I called him four times (he does answer his phone, so credit to him there) his "reasons" for not being able to set up an appointment sounded more like "excuses" to me (super-busy after holiday vacations; too busy this week, just call me back, and even the weather). After four calls I decided I have reached my limit, and decided to move on. Same thing happened with my first cousin and her husband; they'd call him and he kept putting them off, telling them to call him back. Apparently he can't return calls, either. The professional thing to do would have been to either (A) return my calls and just make the appointment happen, or (B) simply tell me you're too busy and refer me to another plumber who might possibly get to me sooner. No such luck. Again---I've heard good things about him but good luck trying to get him for a service call or a new job.

They did not get the job done first time out. Sent the same crew the second time and charged me AGAIN for what wasn't fixed the first time. The people they sent out are 'hacks' and not licensed plumbers. The owner was not pleasant when talking on the phone although his 2 plumbers (sic) were. The first guy they sent out came to do the job with a pocket knife and no other tools, did not get the job done and had to send out different plumbers (sic) to again fix the first person's problem. On top of that, the first guy stole prescription drugs out of my bathroom where he was working. Buyer Beware!

They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service. Clarence was quick, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient with questions, clean and very kind. I recommend MCS to all my friends

We had just bought a home in Rome, and this is our first home that had a septic tank installed rather than public sewer. We decided that it would be best to have someone come out and take a look at it, teach us if there was any maintenance needed, etc. They arrived prior to their scheduled time after calling us to make sure it was ok to do so. We shared with them our story about just moving in and that the receipt the prior homeowners gave us stating it was pumped/serviced a couple of years ago. The lead technician stated he couldn't in good conscience take our money for un-needed services, and taught us what we should look for and do to maintain a good working system. All without charging a dime. He did open the access port and took a quick look to verify that things seemed to be in good shape. They just got themselves a customer from this interaction - very pleased.
