Then 8 months later you get a notice from a collection agency about some bogus charges. Then if you attempt to contact them to resolve this issue, multiple times, you get no response, and they send to collection agency, despite your attempt to try to fix the situiation. Even if you pay your rent in full early each month they still try to come up with bogus charges after you moved out then claim you signed a document and a repair list, blah blah. When you need to find a place to live you don't have time to look at every single document they make you sign, and they take advantage of this. And if someone from the company comes on a replies to this comment trying to say everything is OK this is the way it is, blah blah. Don't believe a word of it. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistakes and do not get involved with these crooks.
