While I was only with Al Myer's location for a while, they provided excellent service, were prompt and helpful, and they even went above and beyond in helping me settle out with them and resolve some issues with my bank. I would more than happily recommend them this office, they did good work, they are good people, and they even put extra effort in when I wasn't able to do business with them anymore.

They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. At the end of the day they will never follow through and they will leave you in a bad situation and not have the ethics or professionalism to actually back up what they tell you. We incurred 800 dollars worth of fines from the DMV, had to turn in plates on three vehicles ... and these less than upstanding individuals did nothing to right their wrongs. In the end their mistake has cost us over $3000 They admitted they screwed up ... but have done nothing to help. We just get double talk and "we will do whatever it takes to make this better". But nothing was or will be done by them. They are horrible to work with, as all they give out is platitudes and nicities but never actually do anything when it needs to be done. This is the AAA office in the suburbs of Binghamton which is definitely worth the stop if you don't have AAA, and you're traveling and you would like to be protected against things like takedowns. I mean brakedowns. I'm not sure who can protect you from Police Takedowns. Sorry. Welcome to the United States Of Police. Having said that, they're not as good as they used to be. A lot of the stuff that used to be included is no longer, and you have to kind of know how to play the system to get the most out of it which I think for 94.7% of people is not a really good plan. It is the 94.7% that pay for the service so that the 5.3% or so can take advantage of it. Sort of like the one percent but in towing terms.
