Honestly can't figure out how they have a score this high with such crappy customer service. I really miss the days of Tanner-ibbotson!!

Susie Dunn at Bailey insurance was a big help when my insurance company decided not to handle residences in New York anymore. The new insurer required that I do certain things in order to have coverage (as would other companies, I learned), and meeting their requirements took time and money. I worked earnestly to find people to make the changes specified, and Susie was able to arrange two extensions for me while I located, and then waited for, the right people to do the work. read more

Working with Kerri Bushnell was a pleasure and she made the process easy. I highly recommend her and the gang at Bailey Place Insurance!

It had been a long time since I last shopped around for insurance, so when it was time to renew my auto policy I reached out to Bailey Place to get them to do the shopping for me. Their staff quickly provided me with a couple of options that gave me and my family better coverage and saved me over $1,000 per year when I combined both my auto and home policies. I wish I had turned to Bailey Place sooner. read more

We contacted Bailey Place last year for our insurance and they were able to quote us a very reasonable price. Recently we had damage to our car and they handled the entire incident from initial contact to the shop that will fix the damage. They work well together pleasantly and that makes It so much easier for the customer. thanks for your help Judy Brooks read more

Bailey place insurance is certainly the go to place for your insurance needs. We have had auto insurance for a while now, and recently added home insurance to our account. They worked out the best bundle deal for us with everything for us. We stopped in recently, our account manager was on lunch. We ended up walking out after managing our account with another account manager. I appreciate all the hard work put into our account! read more

Stopped in to ask a couple insurance policy questions without an appointment. My auto agent Bethany saw me within a minute and answered my auto policy adjustments. Then she turned me over to Susie for a couple questions about life insurance. I didn't have any questions about my three house policies, but I'm sure they would have supplied answers to my questions. The auto answers will save me about $150 a year. Thanks, Ladies. Sincerely, Richard Holl Marathon, NY read more
