Regardless of wherever the are now, I can tell you that Scott Sebring has continued on the great business that has been around for decades. I bought my Toro Snow Thrower from them in 1996 and it still runs great today. Sebring's also sells Stihl outdoor equipment and provides great service. I may have moved out of the Poconos, but I still recommend Sebring's as a very reputable power equipment dealer.

The company I work for has spent 10's of thousands or more on basic supplies and stihl equipment,…read moreand plenty of stihl repairs. Last year, we dropped off a 14" demo saw for a stripped armature bolt to be repaired. After 4 months of phone calls, the saw was still not repaired. At the beginning of this year, one of our project managers went to see what was going on, and they handed him a box of parts and said it wasn't repairable. (The saw was fully functional when it was dropped off for a stripped bolt) I spoke with the manager at the time, Mike and explained the situation to him. He was going to see what happened to try to make things right. Fast forward to yesterday 5-12-26, I am back in town from a long project and checked in on the saw situation. Was told Millers was sold and Mike was no longer there, new Owner Ray came and spoke with me i explained everything and he said he would look into it, took my name and number. The stihl guy from the back told me it wasn't my saw that it was registered to some woman, and walked away never to return. Ray called me about an hour later, telling me my saw was not running when dropped off (so I'm lying) and that it isn't even my saw (am I a thief?) and they would not be repairing it or doing anything to make it right for me. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been a patron of this store for 15+ years with no issue, but the last 6+ months have been a disaster.
